You can request a new Zong prepaid SIM through Zong’s official online booking form. Choose the prepaid SIM option and enter your contact and address details. Submitting the form is a request—not confirmation that delivery is currently available in your area. Zong’s published terms also require identity and biometric verification before a SIM can be issued.
How to place an online request for a Zong prepaid SIM
- Open Zong’s Online Booking page.
- Select the prepaid SIM option from the product choices.
- Fill in the requested name, email address, city, delivery address, and phone number, then submit the form.
- Wait for Zong to contact you about the request. The page says the company will contact the requester within two business days, but it also retains a COVID-era delay notice. That wording is a stated contact period, not a delivery estimate or assurance that the form is being processed on that schedule.
Before submitting personal information, confirm with Zong that it currently accepts online orders and delivers to your address. The form itself does not establish current coverage, delivery charges, payment method, or arrival time.
What identity checks are needed to get the SIM?
Zong’s SIM purchase and activation terms require applicable identity documentation, an eligibility check, fingerprint capture using a designated biometric scanner, and verification with NADRA. Follow the instructions Zong gives you for completing these checks; an online booking request alone does not complete SIM registration.
The terms state that the operator will ensure verification within 24 hours after successful biometric verification. This is a verification-period statement, not a delivery timeline.

Fingerprint limitations and the announced alternative
On 2 January 2026, Zong announced a partnership with NADRA to introduce multi-biometric verification, including facial recognition as an alternative for people with fingerprint limitations. The announcement describes a dedicated kiosk at NADRA’s Rawalpindi Mega Center and nationwide rollout as an objective; it does not establish that the alternative is available everywhere. Ask Zong or NADRA about local availability and the process that applies to you. Read Zong’s announcement.
Is Zong home delivery available now?
Zong announced free nationwide home delivery for new prepaid SIMs and several other products on 8 May 2020. That pandemic-era announcement said customers could order through Zong’s website or *9664# and pay cash on delivery. It is historical evidence, not confirmation that free nationwide delivery, cash on delivery, or either ordering route remains available today. See the dated announcement.
