For the simplest personal alerts, follow or subscribe to Donald Trump’s account in Truth Social and configure the app’s notification settings. For a separate chronological feed, add the independent Trump’s Truth archive RSS feed—https://www.trumpstruth.org/feed—to an RSS reader. The archive says it checks for updates every few minutes, not continuously, and warns that caching can make its data older than the latest posts.
Use Truth Social’s own notifications
In the Truth Social app, follow or subscribe to the account you want to watch, then open the app’s Alerts area and review its push-notification settings. The Help Center describes controls for choosing notification sources, including users you follow, verified users, and other users. Exact labels and availability can change between app versions.
Truth Social’s Help Center says: “You can turn notifications on or off based on who they come from—users you follow, verified users, or everyone else (unverified and unfollowed).” See the Truth Social Help Center for current support information.
These settings govern activity surfaced through the platform’s alert system. They are the most direct option for ordinary personal monitoring, but they should not be treated as a guarantee of an instant push notification for every new post.

Follow the archive through RSS
Trump’s Truth is an independent archive that says it collects Donald Trump’s Truth Social posts and provides an RSS feed at https://www.trumpstruth.org/feed. Copy that address into the “add feed” or equivalent field in your RSS reader. The reader then checks the feed according to its own refresh behavior and displays new entries alongside other subscriptions.
The archive’s FAQ says it generally checks for new posts every few minutes. It also warns that caching may cause older data to appear. This is a useful separate reading workflow, not a real-time guarantee or an official Truth Social feed. The archive says posts may be deleted on Truth Social; do not assume every post will remain available in the archive. Its video transcripts and image analysis may also appear later than the post itself. These are the archive operator’s descriptions, not independently audited service levels. See the archive FAQ.

When a third-party alert service makes sense
Services such as Follow Trump’s Truth, TruthPush, TruthTracker, and 1322 describe options for alerts through channels such as browsers, email, Telegram, webhooks, or APIs. Those may be useful if you need to route alerts into a workflow or watch accounts outside your normal app routine. Their feature, speed, coverage, and reliability statements are vendor claims; check the current product pages and terms before relying on any of them.

Professional data access is a separate case
Axios reported that Trump Media launched a licensed Truth API for financial-services customers, covering influential accounts. That reporting describes institutional access, not a standard consumer feature. Professionals should confirm current licensing and availability with Trump Media rather than assume they can sign up for a public API. See Axios’s report on the Truth API.
Unofficial code projects and vendor articles may discuss undocumented access methods. Without an established consumer-facing, supported public API for arbitrary post monitoring, those methods should not be treated as stable integrations.
Or skip the browser setup
ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API and MCP server, rather than a Truth Social post-monitoring or alert service. It can capture a page for a visual record, but it does not replace app notifications or an RSS feed for detecting new posts. If you need a screenshot of a page, one GET request can return an image or PDF:

See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for parameters and setup. Before capture, its service accepts cookie or consent banners and removes more than 60 known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets; those steps can be turned off. Bot checks, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and responses identify the page verdict and billing status. Its MCP server offers take_screenshot, get_page_info, and capture_pdf tools for AI agents and other MCP clients. The free plan includes 1,000 screenshots a month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000 shots. Those capabilities are for capture, not post-change alerts. Troubleshooting
No Truth Social push alerts
- Confirm that you follow or subscribe to the account, and check the Alerts and push-notification settings for the relevant notification source.
- Check your device’s operating-system notification permission for Truth Social. App-level preferences cannot deliver a push if system notifications are blocked.
- Do not infer that a post was not published solely because no push arrived; the platform’s controls do not establish instant delivery for every post.
The RSS feed looks stale or incomplete
- Check the feed address in your reader and refresh it. Readers can have their own polling intervals, independent of the archive’s update checks.
- Allow for the archive’s stated checks every few minutes and its caching caveat; it does not promise immediate updates.
- If a post was deleted from Truth Social or includes video or image analysis, the archive may not show the same content or enrichment at the same time.
A vendor alert arrives late or fails
Check the vendor’s current status, delivery settings, and any configured filters or watchlist limits. Ask how it reports polling delays and failed deliveries, then test the actual channel you plan to use. Do not rely on a vendor’s advertised speed as an independently verified guarantee.

Frequently asked questions
Can I monitor posts without creating a Truth Social account?
The RSS route is separate from app notifications and may suit readers who prefer not to rely on the app. The archive does not establish that it will always mirror every post or remain current for every entry.
Is the Truth API the same as the app’s notification feature?
No. The API described in Axios’s report is a licensed institutional data-access offering, while app notifications are consumer-facing platform alerts.
