Yes—one Browse AI robot can monitor multiple URLs when the pages have similar structures and use compatible inputs. For a few targets, create a separate monitor for each Origin URL and set its schedule; for a larger list, use Bulk Monitor from Tables or configure monitoring for an existing bulk run. Bulk Monitor is described by Browse AI as a private-beta feature, so confirm it is enabled in your account before building a workflow around it.
When one robot can monitor multiple URLs
Browse AI documents robots with multiple monitors, and each monitor can have its own input parameters and schedule. This makes one robot a fit for pages that share a layout—for example, several category pages with the same fields to track. Reusing a robot does not mean one setup will reliably handle unrelated page designs or different navigation flows. If the pages require materially different extraction steps, use separate robots or workflows instead.

Set up separate monitors for a small number of URLs
- Train or select a robot using a representative page. Choose a page whose layout matches the other targets and configure the fields or changes you want to extract.
- Create a monitor for each target. In the monitor setup, supply that page’s Origin URL and the input values expected by the robot. Browse AI’s API documentation says one robot can have multiple monitors with different inputs and schedules.
- Choose the schedule per monitor. Use a schedule appropriate to how often the page changes and how often you need an update.
- Run a check and inspect the results. Confirm the robot extracts the expected content from each target before relying on the ongoing monitoring workflow.
Exact controls can vary with the current dashboard. Browse AI’s API documentation is the source for the multiple-monitor behavior; consult the account UI for the current creation flow.

Set up Bulk Monitor from a URL CSV
For many known URLs that use the same robot inputs, Browse AI’s Bulk Monitor help article describes importing a CSV into Tables, mapping its columns, and configuring monitoring. The article, dated March 29, 2025, says Bulk Monitor was in private beta and directs users to contact support to enable it. Check current account access before preparing a large import.
- Prepare the CSV. Include an Origin URL column for the target pages and columns for any other inputs the robot expects. Keep input values consistent with the robot’s configuration.
- Open Tables and choose the robot. Import the CSV and map its columns to the robot’s inputs.
- Configure monitoring. Set the monitoring preferences and schedule, then start extraction.
- Review task status and results. Check the resulting records in Tables or History and confirm that the monitors were created as expected.
Browse AI’s help article describes Bulk Monitor for up to 500,000 URLs, while its monitoring page advertises monitoring up to 500,000 pages. These are vendor-stated product ceilings, not guarantees for every account or workload. The help article also labels Bulk Monitor private beta, so verify current limits and enablement with Browse AI.

Turn a prior bulk run into monitors
If the URLs have already been processed in a bulk run, Browse AI describes configuring monitoring for the resulting set without starting from a new CSV import:

- Select View data in tables.
- Choose Manage monitoring, then Config monitoring for all.
- Set the monitoring preferences and confirm.
- Check the Monitor tab for the created monitors.
Bulk-run tasks are queued. Browse AI’s bulk-run guidance says runs can fail when the account lacks sufficient credits; inspect task logs and standardize URLs if a run does not complete as expected.

Schedules, alerts, and reviewing changes
Browse AI describes minute, hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring schedules, as well as advanced RRULE scheduling for more complex timing. Its monitoring information also describes email notifications for detected changes. Choose an interval based on how quickly you need to know about a change, while considering the credits and limits that apply to your account.
Browse AI marks detected changes with green for new content, yellow for modified content, and red for removed content. Results and history are available through account views such as Tables or History. The monitoring page lists CSV, JSON, AWS S3, API, webhooks, Google Sheets, and Airtable among its access and integration options; confirm current availability and retention in your account before depending on a particular destination.

Understand the published limits and credits
Several large-scale figures appear in Browse AI’s product materials, but they describe different workflows and should not be treated as interchangeable:

Browse AI’s monitoring page, accessed October 3, 2026, describes a free plan with 50 credits per month and 2 domains. It says standard sites use 1 credit per check for up to 10 rows or one screenshot, while premium sites may use 2–10 credits. These are vendor-stated plan details that can change; check current pricing and account settings before budgeting. A bulk run may queue, and insufficient credits can prevent it from completing.

Troubleshoot common setup problems
- Bulk Monitor is missing: The help article describes it as private beta and says support may need to enable it. Contact Browse AI support and verify availability in your account.
- Some URLs produce poor or empty results: Check whether those pages share the representative page’s structure and whether the CSV maps the expected inputs. Use separate robots or workflows for materially different layouts.
- A bulk run stays queued or fails: Check credit availability and task logs. Browse AI also recommends standardizing URLs.
- Monitoring appears too frequent or misses a change: Review the schedule selected for that monitor and match it to the update cadence you need. The monitor schedule is configurable per monitor.
- An integration or history view is unavailable: Confirm that the option is available in the current account and check its retention and access settings before relying on it.
