For a prepared list of URLs, Wachete documents a multi-edit workflow: export monitor URLs and names, then paste the text back into the multi-edit box. If you want to monitor pages discovered within one site, use Wachete’s crawl option instead. For automated monitor setup, use its REST API—but the documented API does not establish a bulk-import endpoint for an arbitrary list. Choose the route that matches where your URLs come from, then set the checking frequency and notification method.
Choose the right way to add multiple URLs

Reuse a prepared list with multi-edit

In Wachete, open the monitor view and select the monitors you want to edit.

Use the Edit or multi-edit workflow. If you need to prepare or reuse entries, Wachete’s FAQ describes exporting monitor URLs and names to a text file, then copy-pasting that text into the multi-edit text box.

Review the entries and save the changes. The FAQ does not publish the required delimiters or say that every monitor setting is carried over, so do not assume the text file is a complete backup of frequency, alerts, or other options.

Wachete also describes exporting monitored URLs as an Excel file from Profile → Account. That is an export route; the FAQ does not establish that the Excel file can be imported directly.
Discover pages by crawling a site

Start monitor creation and choose the option to scan a root page and its sub-pages.

Enter the site’s root URL and use advanced URL filters if you need to include or exclude particular address patterns.

Review the pages Wachete discovers before relying on the resulting monitor set. Wachete describes following links through the third level of sub-pages; its FAQ warns that a crawl can turn up several hundred pages and may require a paid subscription.

Crawling is useful when the target pages are linked from a site and may change over time. It is not the same as importing a fixed list of unrelated URLs. Verify current plan capacity, prices, and check intervals on Wachete’s live site: Wachete. The homepage information reviewed for this guide did not provide readable current prices or intervals.
Configure monitors with the REST API
For a scripted workflow, Wachete’s REST API documentation describes monitor configuration fields including the URL, monitor job type, recurrence, alerts, and notification endpoints. It also documents dynamic-content settings and, for portal crawling, crawl depth and URL filters.
This is a way to create or update monitors programmatically; the documented page does not describe an endpoint that accepts an arbitrary list of URLs as a bulk import. If you need to automate many independent monitors, check the API’s current request and authentication details and plan to submit monitor configurations accordingly rather than assuming one bulk-list call exists.
Set frequency and notifications
Wachete’s FAQ describes a creation flow that begins with Create new monitor, selecting the applicable monitor type, entering the URL, and choosing a monitoring frequency and notification type. The documented notification choices include email, mobile push, and webhook-based services such as Slack, Google Chat, Discord, Telegram, and Microsoft Teams. Choose an interval and alert destination appropriate to the pages and the number of monitors you are adding. Before scaling a crawl or a large set, confirm current limits and costs with Wachete; those details can change.

JavaScript-generated content is missing
Wachete says most pages can be monitored as static. If the desired content appears only after scripts run, switch the preview option to dynamic mode and check whether the content becomes visible. Wachete FAQ

The preview fails to load
Wachete suggests trying dynamic mode or changing the monitoring location when a preview does not load correctly. These are troubleshooting options, not requirements for ordinary pages.
The site returns “Forbidden”
Wachete notes that sites protected against automated bots may block access and suggests trying a rotating residential proxy. Its FAQ names Smartproxy and Oxylabs as examples, but proxy use is optional and can add cost: Wachete warns that transferred data may be high, particularly on dynamic pages. Consider the target site’s access rules before routing requests through a proxy.
