You can use Sken.io to watch the price area on a public Flipkart product page and get notified when that selected area changes. It is a setup to test—not a guarantee that every Flipkart listing will load consistently or that every detected change is a real checkout-price drop. Configure one product first, check that the capture shows the correct price, and verify any alert on Flipkart before buying.
How Sken.io monitors a Flipkart listing
Sken.io describes website monitoring as loading a page on a schedule, comparing a selected part with its previous capture, and alerting when that part differs. Its official site lists price drops as a use case. The workflow is based on what appears in a public page, rather than a dedicated Flipkart price feed. The reviewed Sken.io information does not confirm compatibility with every Flipkart product page.
A monitor is only useful if it loads the right listing, selects the actual price, and distinguishes meaningful price changes from page noise. Flipkart pages can vary with delivery location, account state, product variant, seller, and promotions, so validate the exact page you intend to follow.

- Open the exact product listing. Choose the seller or product variant you care about, set any relevant options, and copy the public listing URL. If the displayed price changes with delivery location, set that location before copying the URL.
- Create a Sken.io monitor for the URL. In Sken.io, enter the URL and select the page area containing the displayed price. Make the selection as tight as possible: a broad region may include promotions, stock notices, or other changing content that can trigger irrelevant alerts.
- Choose a comparison mode. Visual mode compares rendered appearance; Content mode compares text in the selected area while ignoring styling. Try the mode that captures the price consistently, then inspect subsequent captures to confirm it notices price changes rather than harmless visual variation.
- Set a check interval your allowance can support. Sken.io says paid plans offer intervals from one minute to one month, and one check means one visit to one page. Frequent checks use the allowance quickly; choose a slower interval if an immediate alert is not essential.
- Choose a notification channel. Sken.io lists email, Android push, Slack, Discord, Google Chat, webhooks, Zapier, and a Chrome extension. Select an option you will notice, then confirm the monitor’s notification reaches you.
- Test before relying on it. Check that the monitor loads the page and captures the intended price. When an alert arrives, compare its before-and-after captures and reopen the Flipkart listing to verify the current seller, variant, delivery location, and checkout conditions.
Reduce false alerts without hiding the price
Sken.io offers element removal for page areas such as cookie banners, newsletter popups, chat widgets, and rotating ads. Removing a noisy element may reduce irrelevant changes, but it does not guarantee the remaining page will load correctly or that the selected region represents the final price. Keep the selection focused on the price and test changes to removal settings against real captures.
Sken.io says it can render JavaScript pages, but its description centers on public pages loaded as an anonymous visitor; multi-step sign-in pages are outside its intended fit. If a listing depends on account state, location, or an interaction that the monitor cannot reproduce, a price alert may be incomplete or unreliable. Start with a single monitor for the exact product before adding more.

Choose an interval and understand the allowance
At a one-minute interval, continuous monitoring requires 1,440 checks per day: this is Sken.io’s own arithmetic illustration, not an independently measured performance result. One-minute checking therefore makes sense only if the urgency justifies the usage. For a routine shopping decision, a longer interval may preserve checks while still catching useful changes.
Sken.io’s official page, whose publication date is not stated, lists a 14-day free trial with 140 checks, every feature unlocked, and no credit card or setup fee. It also lists these monthly plans and check allowances; confirm current pricing on Sken.io before subscribing because prices can change.

Sken.io says it retains up to 12 snapshots per monitoring task. Treat these as a rolling recent history that can help explain an alert, not as a permanent price-history archive.
What to do when monitoring does not work as expected
- The page does not load or the capture is blank: Open the public listing without relying on a multi-step sign-in flow, and check whether the same URL displays correctly in a normal browser. Test one monitor before scaling up; the available information does not establish that every Flipkart page will load consistently in Sken.io.
- Alerts arrive for unrelated changes: Tighten the selected area around the price, try the other comparison mode, and consider removing a changing banner or widget. Recheck captures after each adjustment so the price itself remains in view.
- The alert does not match the price you expected: Inspect the before-and-after captures, then verify the live Flipkart listing. Check the seller, variant, delivery location, promotional conditions, and checkout total; a selected-area change alone does not establish that the amount payable changed.
- Checks run out sooner than expected: Recalculate the schedule using one check per page visit. A one-minute interval uses 1,440 checks per day for a continuously monitored page, according to Sken.io’s published example; lengthen the interval or reduce the number of monitored pages if that pace is unnecessary.
- The monitor behaves differently after a page change: Revisit the selection and mode. A redesigned listing or moved price can leave a monitor watching the wrong content, so do not assume an old selection remains valid indefinitely.
When a dedicated price tracker may fit better
AI Price History’s Google Play listing says its app supports supported Amazon and Flipkart products, price history, target prices, trends, and price-drop alerts. The listing shows an update date of September 17, 2026. Coverage is limited to supported products; the listing does not establish that every Flipkart item is supported or how reliably a specific listing will be tracked. Check the exact product in the app before relying on it.

For retailers rather than individual shoppers, Flipkart Commerce Cloud describes configured competitor crawls, product matching, refreshed price data, and alerts in its Competitive Intelligence documentation and retail competitive-pricing overview. That retailer-focused service is not the same workflow as monitoring one product listing as a shopper.

Does Sken.io guarantee that every Flipkart product page can be monitored?
No. Its documentation describes general public-page monitoring and does not verify compatibility with every Flipkart listing. Test the specific URL and selected price area first.

Can Sken.io tell me the final amount I will pay?
No. An alert reports a change in the selected page area. Recheck the live listing and checkout conditions directly on Flipkart.
