On iPhone or iPad, manage Game of Thrones: Legends alerts in Settings > Notifications > Game of Thrones: Legends, then switch Allow Notifications on or off. The game’s documented alert is for when Legendary Assault energy refills. Official sources do not establish a current game-specific battery-saving setting for iOS or Android, so use your device’s own battery controls rather than expecting an in-game switch.
What notifications does the game send?
Zynga’s Release 1.0.192 patch notes, dated September 30, 2024, say the game added a local notification when Legendary Assault energy refills. That release also added an in-game display of when energy would recharge and a popup showing the wait until the next energy became available when energy reached zero.
The notes document the feature’s introduction; they do not guarantee that every current version behaves identically. Zynga’s official news index lists later releases, including Release 1.0.648 Patch Notes on September 30, 2026.
Turn game notifications on or off on iPhone or iPad
- Open the device’s Settings app.
- Tap Notifications.
- Select Game of Thrones: Legends from the app list.
- Switch Allow Notifications on to receive alerts or off to silence them.
This is the route in Zynga Player Support’s iOS notification guidance. Menu labels or placement can differ across iOS versions; if they do, look for the app’s notification settings in the current iOS Settings app. The cited Zynga instructions cover iOS, not Android.

What you can do about battery use
The official material cited here does not establish current Game of Thrones: Legends-specific battery-saving steps or an in-game battery control for iOS or Android. That does not prove such a control is absent; it means a game-specific switch or guaranteed set of steps cannot be confirmed from these sources.

- Check your device maker’s current support instructions for where those controls are and what they do.
- Do not assume that silencing notifications will reduce battery drain during gameplay, or that a particular device setting will produce a specific saving.
Apple’s US App Store listing says the game requires an internet connection. Playing offline is therefore not an established battery-saving option.
