Samsung describes a conference-call menu for managing the merged call, including options to separate or end individual calls. Available controls and labels can differ by model, software version, and carrier. Samsung’s Galaxy calling guide outlines the standard flow.
If you see Swap instead of Merge—or need to manage calls
Swap switches between calls; it does not put both callers into the same conversation. After the new call connects, use Merge to combine the calls. Samsung’s multi-party calling guide describes these controls, though the available options vary by carrier.
