You can loop Telugu movie songs on a continuous YouTube livestream by feeding a repeating playlist to an encoder or cloud playout service and sending that program to YouTube. But do not start with the loop: first obtain permission for every song recording and any film visuals, including permission for continuous livestreaming in your intended territories. YouTube scans live streams for third-party content, and a match can interrupt or terminate the broadcast.
Before you loop anything, clear the rights
Owning a song file, finding it online, or crediting its creators does not by itself give you permission to broadcast it. YouTube’s Livestream terms and conditions place the responsibility on the provider to have the necessary rights for worldwide exploitation of live content on Google services, including relevant music rights.
For each Telugu film song, get permission covering the specific recording and the rights involved in the music. If your program includes movie clips, stills, posters, or other film footage, clear those visuals too. Ask the rights holders to confirm that your permission includes a continuous YouTube livestream, your intended territories and duration, and an archived replay if you plan to leave one available. Check whether they must add your channel to their Content ID allowlist.
A music license and Content ID handling are related but distinct. YouTube says it scans live streams for third-party content; a detected match can cause a warning and replacement image, followed by interruption or termination if the material remains. YouTube also says licensed content may still be interrupted if the rights owner has not allowlisted the channel. A stream starting successfully, or going live without an immediate warning, does not establish that you have all required rights.

If you do not have movie-song permission
Use music you have created, works that are genuinely in the public domain, or tracks with a license that expressly covers your intended livestream use. YouTube points creators to options such as the Audio Library and, where available, Creator Music; check the terms for the particular track and use. A “free” label is not a livestream license, and credit in the description does not prevent a copyright match.
Check that your channel can go live
YouTube’s current getting-started guidance says the channel must be verified and must not have had a live-stream restriction in the preceding 90 days. YouTube also states that streamers must be at least 16. Review YouTube’s live streaming requirements before scheduling the broadcast, since eligibility and platform rules can change.

Set up the YouTube stream and encoder
- Open YouTube Studio and create or schedule a live stream. In Live Control Room, set the stream title, visibility, and other details. Choose visibility deliberately: public streams are discoverable, while unlisted streams are accessible to people with the link.
- Copy the stream URL and stream key. Enter them in the encoder or playout system you choose, following that software’s current setup documentation. Treat the stream key like a password; reset it if it is exposed. YouTube’s manage live streams guidance explains the stream settings and connection details.
- Build the repeating program. Add only tracks and visuals covered by your permissions, then configure the encoder or playout software to repeat the playlist or program. Repeat controls differ between products, so use the current instructions for your chosen software rather than assuming a particular button name or setting.
- Start the encoder and check Live Control Room. Confirm that YouTube receives the feed, then watch the stream preview, health indicators, and any copyright notices. Keep an eye on it after launch rather than treating a successful connection as proof that it will run uninterrupted.
YouTube documents encoder-based streaming and the use of a stream URL and key, but the exact playlist-repeat controls are specific to the encoder. This workflow therefore does not prescribe unverified settings for a particular third-party program.

An archived livestream is another way viewers can access the material. Include replay availability in the rights permission, and confirm any limits on how long the archive may remain available. YouTube notes that Content ID claims on archived live streams can arrive after the live broadcast ends, so check the recording and its notices afterward.

Keep the stream running and handle interruptions
- YouTube reports a copyright match: Pause or end the broadcast if necessary and review the notice. Verify the permission for the matched recording or visual and ask the rights holder about Content ID allowlisting. Do not keep rebroadcasting the material on the assumption that a license alone prevents automated interruption.
- The feed stops reaching YouTube: Check the encoder’s connection and the stream status in Live Control Room. Confirm that the correct stream URL and key are configured; if the key may have been exposed, reset it and update the encoder.
- The live broadcast ends but the archive remains: Review the replay and any post-stream copyright claims. Remove or restrict the archive if your permission does not cover replay availability.
- You are unsure whether a track is safe: Do not use it until you can verify a license that covers livestreaming and the relevant rights. A description credit or a “free” label is not a substitute.
