If an Infinity Nikki code will not redeem, first check that you are using the right Infold account and character, that the code is still valid and meets its conditions, and that the character has not already used it. The official in-game route is Pear-Pal > Settings > Other > Redeem Code. If those checks do not resolve the issue, contact official support.
Check these things before trying again
Confirm the account, server, and character
For web redemption, Infold requires you to be logged in to an account with a character bound to it. Make sure you selected the intended server and character; redeeming while signed into a different account or character may not apply the reward where you expect. See Infold’s Redeem for Rewards page for the web redemption rules.
Verify the code’s conditions and expiration date
Codes can be limited by conditions and deadlines. Check the original announcement for the code’s exact terms and expiration rather than relying on an old code list or an unattributed repost. Infold’s redemption rules say expired or invalid codes cannot be redeemed.
For example, codes from the Version 2.8 preview livestream were listed as expiring July 24, 2026, at 08:59 (UTC-7). That date has passed; it is a historical example, not a code you can redeem now. The original Version 2.8 Preview Livestream Overview gives the dated terms.

Check whether this character already redeemed it
Each code can be redeemed once per character, and duplicate redemptions are not allowed. If you used the code on that character before, trying it again will not grant another reward.
Redeem through the in-game menu
If the web page is inconvenient or you want to redeem in the game, open the Pear-Pal menu and follow this path:

- Open Pear-Pal.
- Select Settings.
- Choose Other.
- Select Redeem Code and enter the code.
The menu is available after you obtain Pear-Pal from the Sea of Stars. If you do not see the redemption option, check whether Pear-Pal has unlocked in your current game progress and version. Infold’s The Chronicles of Momo announcement documents the menu route and unlock note; its promotional code and validity dates are historical.
Find a successfully redeemed reward
Rewards from successful web redemptions are sent through in-game mail. Check the mailbox for the selected character and claim the items before the mail expires. Infold states this on its Redeem for Rewards page.

Contact official support if the checks do not help
If the account, character, code terms, deadline, and prior-use checks do not explain the failure, ask Infold support to review it. The official Ver. 1.0 Exploration Season FAQ points players to the Pear-Pal customer-service panel or Settings > Contact Us on the login page. The Infinity Nikki Top-up Center displays the customer-service address infinitynikki_cs@infoldgames.com.
Share the code and relevant account or character details only through official support channels. Never send your password or a verification code. Infold’s published material lists the general redemption rules but does not provide an error-message glossary, so a message such as “invalid” should not be treated as proof of one particular cause.
