If Heroes of Crown: Legends will not download, connect, or let you log in, start with the specific error: check the official app source, storage and network for install problems; try another network for server errors; and verify account binding before switching devices. Don’t uninstall or clear app data while a guest account’s progress may be unprotected.
Identify the problem before trying a fix
These steps are for Heroes of Crown: Legends, Ujoy Games’ mobile idle RPG—not another game with a similar name. Google Play lists Android and Windows availability. The game’s official support center separates installation and update problems from server-connection issues, so use the matching path below rather than starting with a reinstall.

Why won’t Heroes of Crown: Legends download or update?
Ujoy’s official install and update guidance recommends using an official store and checking storage, network, system version and device requirements. Ujoy says it cannot guarantee that builds from unofficial distribution sources will work properly.

- Check available storage. Free space if the device is nearly full. The support article lists at least 3 GB of available storage as a minimum; an app update may need room to download and install.
- Test the connection. Try a stable Wi-Fi connection, then switch to mobile data (or the reverse) to see whether the download proceeds.
- Update the device system. Check for an available iOS or Android update, then retry the game download or update.
- Check compatibility. The support article lists iPhone 7 or newer with iOS 13.0 or newer; Android 8.0 or newer, a four-core 1.5 GHz-or-higher processor and at least 2 GB RAM; and at least 3 GB of available storage. These are requirements published in that support article, not a guarantee of current compatibility. Its result was last updated 819 days before a recent crawl, while Google Play lists the game as updated July 23, 2026. Check the current store listing for your device before troubleshooting further.
- Escalate with details. If the installation still fails, contact Ujoy and include the exact error message and relevant screenshots.
Why can’t the game connect to the server?
First confirm that the device has a working, stable internet connection. Then switch networks: test Wi-Fi if you were using mobile data, or mobile data if you were on Wi-Fi. Ujoy lists “I cannot connect to server” as a separate support issue, but the available official guidance does not establish a universal cause or confirm a current outage. If the problem continues, report the error to Ujoy rather than changing advanced network settings based on guesswork.

Why can’t I log in on another device?
Check whether you linked the account before changing devices. Ujoy says a linked account can be used on another device, while a guest account cannot be used to access that same account on a different device. When you can still open the game on the original device, bind the account through Player Info > Account Binding. Ujoy warns that information and progress from an unlinked guest account may be lost.
Do not uninstall the game or clear its app data as a first response if the account is still a guest account. Establish whether the account is linked before taking an action that could remove local access to its progress. For account-specific trouble you cannot resolve in game, contact Ujoy support.

How do I reset a forgotten Ujoy account password?
Ujoy’s password-recovery instructions apply to a Ujoy account and require access to the email address bound to that account.

- Open the game’s login screen and select Ujoy Games.
- Select Retrieve Password.
- Enter the email address bound to the Ujoy account and request the verification code.
- Enter the code in the game and follow the prompts to set a new password.
This procedure does not establish how to recover access through Apple or Google sign-in; use the relevant sign-in provider’s account-recovery process for those accounts.

What should I send Ujoy support?
If the steps for your symptom do not work, use the Ujoy Heroes of Crown: Legends support center or the support email shown on the Google Play listing. Send enough information to help support identify where the failure occurs:
- The exact on-screen error message, and when it appears
- Your device model and operating-system version
- Whether the issue affects download/update, server connection, or account login
- Which network types you tested, such as Wi-Fi and mobile data
- Screenshots of the error, if available
