If a meditation stream keeps buffering or disconnecting on BSNL broadband, first check whether the problem affects one app or device, then compare Wi-Fi with Ethernet. These tests help separate a streaming-device issue from weak Wi-Fi or a broader connection fault before you contact BSNL.
First identify what is disconnecting
A buffering meditation stream does not by itself prove that the BSNL line is faulty. The cause could be the streaming app or device, the Wi-Fi link between that device and your router, competing household internet use, or the broadband connection. Netflix likewise notes that buffering on its service can involve an unstable connection or a device issue; that guidance is useful as a general diagnostic principle, not a diagnosis of your meditation platform (Netflix buffering guidance).
- When the interruption happens, note the time and how long it lasts.
- Check whether other websites or apps still work on the same device.
- Try the meditation stream on another device, if available.
- Check whether other devices also lose internet at the same time.
If only one app or device fails while other internet use continues, start with that app, device, or service. If several devices are affected, continue with the home-network checks below.

Bring the affected device close to the router and try the stream again. If the device has an Ethernet port, connect it directly to the router with a suitable Ethernet cable and compare. Tell your provider whether the affected device uses Wi-Fi or a cable; Netflix recommends making this distinction when reporting a connection problem (Netflix buffering guidance).
#1 Best Overall
- DUAL-BAND WIFI 6 ROUTER: Wi-Fi 6(802.11ax) technology achieves faster speeds, greater capacity and reduced network congestion compared to the previous gen. All WiFi routers require a separate modem. Dual-Band WiFi routers do not support the 6 GHz band.
- AX1800: Enjoy smoother and more stable streaming, gaming, downloading with 1.8 Gbps total bandwidth (up to 1200 Mbps on 5 GHz and up to 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz). Performance varies by conditions, distance to devices, and obstacles such as walls.
- CONNECT MORE DEVICES: Wi-Fi 6 technology communicates more data to more devices simultaneously using revolutionary OFDMA technology
- EXTENSIVE COVERAGE: Achieve the strong, reliable WiFi coverage with Archer AX1800 as it focuses signal strength to your devices far away using Beamforming technology, 4 high-gain antennas and an advanced front-end module (FEM) chipset
- OUR CYBERSECURITY COMMITMENT: TP-Link is a signatory of the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Secure-by-Design pledge. This device is designed, built, and maintained, with advanced security as a core requirement.
- Ethernet stays stable but Wi-Fi drops: the local wireless path is a likely place to investigate. This does not, on its own, identify whether the cause is interference, router placement, router hardware, or the device’s Wi-Fi.
- Both Wi-Fi and Ethernet drop: the problem may extend beyond Wi-Fi. If other devices are affected too, record the results for BSNL.
- Only one device drops on both connection types: investigate that device or its streaming app before concluding that the broadband line is at fault.
Use a cable compatible with the ports on your device and router. Google advises checking that an Ethernet cable’s rated speed is not below the expected ISP speed in its Nest Wifi troubleshooting guidance (Google Nest Wifi troubleshooting). A cable is a diagnostic option, not a fix for a fiber-line fault or provider-side problem.
Improve Wi-Fi if wired streaming is stable
While testing Wi-Fi, place the router in an open, elevated area and move it away from nearby wireless devices or appliances where practical. Keep the streaming device closer to the router during the test. These are low-risk ways to reduce obstacles and interference; they do not guarantee a cure. Netflix and Google both recommend checking proximity and placement when troubleshooting wireless streaming (Netflix buffering guidance; Google Chromecast connection troubleshooting).

Google’s advice to move a Chromecast or Google TV Streamer farther from a television to reduce possible Wi-Fi or Bluetooth interference is specific to those devices. Do not assume the same placement fix applies to every streaming device (Google Chromecast connection troubleshooting).
Restart the network equipment carefully
- Turn off the streaming device.
- Unplug power from the modem/router equipment.
- Wait at least 30 seconds, then reconnect power.
- Wait for the network equipment to come back online, restart the streaming device, and retest the stream.
This restart sequence follows Netflix’s general troubleshooting guidance (Netflix buffering guidance). Google specifies a two-minute unplug interval in its own modem troubleshooting context, so follow the instructions for your equipment when they differ (Google Nest Wifi troubleshooting). Do not factory-reset a BSNL ONT or router, change provider credentials, or replace equipment as a universal first step; the available guidance does not establish those as safe fixes for every BSNL setup.

- READY FOR THE DEVICES YOU ALREADY OWN: Your phones, laptops, and TVs work right out of the box. WiFi 6 delivers speeds up to 1.8 Gbps across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Backward compatible with WiFi 5 and earlier.
- COVERAGE IN EVERY ROOM: Covers up to 1,500 sq. ft. for up to 20 connected devices. Walls, floors, and interference can reduce range. Larger or multi-story homes may benefit from a NETGEAR Orbi mesh WiFi system.
Check for competing internet use and slow performance
Pause large downloads and other high-bandwidth activity temporarily, then see whether the stream remains stable. Simultaneous video streaming, downloads, and gaming are examples of activity that can compete for available bandwidth in Google’s Nest Wifi guidance (Google Nest Wifi troubleshooting).
Netflix publishes these recommended connection speeds for viewing on its service. They are not verified minimums for the meditation stream in question, and Netflix does not state a publication year for this guidance:

- 3 Mbps or higher for 720p.
- 5 Mbps or higher for 1080p.
- 15 Mbps or higher for 4K.
Use these figures only as context, not as proof that the meditation stream needs a particular speed (Netflix recommended speeds). A speed test can add useful evidence, but one result cannot establish the cause of a dropout that happens intermittently.
When and how to report the issue to BSNL
Contact BSNL if multiple devices lose internet, or if disconnects continue during a wired test after you have restarted the equipment. BSNL lists 1800-4444 for Bharat Fiber/Landline support on its contact page. Its technical complaint form includes a “Bharat Fiber Voice and Broadband” service option. The BharatNet customer support page also advises customers to contact their preferred provider for technical support.

When you report the problem, provide the information through official support channels:
- Times, duration, and frequency of interruptions.
- Which devices and apps were affected, and whether other internet use failed too.
- Whether the stream was on Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and the results of comparing them.
- Any speed-test results you collected, with the test time.
- What the router or ONT indicators showed during the interruption.
BSNL support handling can differ by telecom circle and by whether the connection is fiber, DSL, or AirFibre. The right interpretation of equipment indicators also depends on the exact model. If you do not know what a light or status means, ask BSNL or consult the documentation for your equipment rather than guessing at light codes, login credentials, or configuration changes.
Or let it run in the cloud
If the underlying issue is the home broadband connection, a cloud service will not repair it. But if you are trying to keep a prerecorded YouTube meditation stream running without leaving a computer on at home, StreamNeo is a separate option: upload your recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. StreamNeo loops uploaded videos from the cloud, so your computer and home connection do not have to stay on for the stream to continue. It streams to YouTube, not from a live camera.
