Start with the exact street address of the office you need to reach—not just the employer’s name. Then compare nearby workspaces by route, access hours, booking type, and total price. Bellevue’s downtown office directory can help locate employers such as Amazon and Meta, but Microsoft’s listed headquarters is in Redmond, so “near Bellevue” can mean a very different commute depending on the worksite.
1. Find the employer’s exact worksite
Check the employer’s current office directory or the address on your meeting invitation. A company may have more than one local building, and an employer’s name alone is not enough to judge a coworking commute.
The Bellevue Downtown Association office directory lists Amazon buildings including Bingo Plaza at 333 108th Ave NE and Everest at 425 106th Ave NE, as well as Meta Market Hall at 1565 121st Ave NE. The directory asks readers to report changes, so verify the address with the employer before choosing a workspace.

The City of Bellevue lists Microsoft at 1 Microsoft Way in Redmond and describes a regional Innovation Triangle that spans Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond. A downtown Bellevue desk may not be close in commute terms to a Redmond campus. The City’s “Why Bellevue?” page also lists Amazon, T-Mobile USA, Meta/Facebook, and Salesforce among top employers, using counts attributed to the City’s 2023 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, Table 19; those figures are historical context, not current headcounts.

2. Choose a realistic commute radius
If the worksite is downtown Bellevue, begin by comparing downtown spaces and checking the actual address-to-address route. The Bellevue Downtown Association reports an average Walk Score of 95 for downtown, and describes the area’s multimodal network. That is district-level context, not a promise that a particular workspace is a short or convenient walk from a particular employer entrance.
For transit, the City identifies Bellevue Transit Center, more than 20 frequent routes, and Sound Transit Link 2 Line among Bellevue’s connections. Check current service, station proximity, and travel time for the dates and hours you need. If the worksite is outside downtown, compare driving and parking as well as transit transfers and total journey time.

3. Match the workspace to the workday

These are different products, not interchangeable names for the same desk. WeWork lists these workspace types in Bellevue, but access and plan terms depend on the specific listing.

- Location: Verify the workspace’s exact street address and route to the employer entrance.
- Hours: Check staffed hours separately from member access hours, and confirm the location is open on the day you need it.
- Work setup: Confirm Wi-Fi, power, call privacy, and whether the booking guarantees a desk.
- Meeting needs: Check room availability, booking rules, and charges rather than assuming a pass includes a room.
- Getting there: Consider transit access, parking, and bike access for your specific hours.
- Total cost: Verify current rates, taxes, fees, promotion conditions, and cancellation terms directly with the operator.
5. A Bellevue option with published details
WeWork’s Bellevue coworking page lists Bellevue Place and Sunset North, along with day passes, coworking memberships, meeting rooms, and dedicated desks. When accessed on October 4, 2026, it displayed Bellevue day passes starting at $39 per day and coworking memberships starting at $339 per month; a promotional figure was also displayed. These are time-sensitive, provider-listed prices that can vary by location, plan, and promotion. Check the current rate and booking calendar before purchase.

It also reports that 23% of the Innovation Triangle workforce is in engineering or science-related occupations; treat that as the City’s published statistic rather than a current count of workers at any one employer. The practical takeaway is to search by the worksite’s city and address, then compare the commute—not to assume every Eastside technology office is close to downtown Bellevue.
