To export recent monitoring values, select up to 20 monitors in Wachete’s monitors view and click Export; the Excel file contains the last 100 values for each selected monitor. For a date range or more results, use Wachete’s documented data-list API with date filters and continuation-token pagination. The separate Export monitored URLs action downloads an inventory, not the history of observed values.
Choose the export that contains what you need
| What you want | Wachete action | What it exports |
|---|---|---|
| Recent values from monitored pages | Select monitors in the monitors view and click Export | Excel file with the last 100 values for each selected monitor; select up to 20 monitors per export. These are figures documented by Wachete’s FAQ, accessed in 2026. |
| An account-wide list of monitored URLs | Profile → Account → Export monitored URLs | Excel inventory of all monitored URLs. Wachete says it includes a Dynamic Monitor column; it is not described as a history-values export. |
| Monitor URLs and names for editing or re-import | Select monitors, click Edit, then click Export in the multi-edit window | Text containing monitor URLs and names, which can also be pasted into the multi-edit text box to import monitors again. |
| Values for a date range or further result batches | Wachete REST API data-list endpoint | Monitor content values, with optional date limits and continuation-token pagination documented by Wachete. |
Use the first option for a quick spreadsheet of recent observations. The two inventory exports describe monitors rather than their historical value series, so they are not substitutes for the selected-monitor export or API.
Export the last 100 values from selected monitors
- Open the Wachete monitors view.
- Use the checkbox at the lower right of each monitor row to select the monitors you want. The documented export supports up to 20 selected monitors at a time.
- Click Export at the top of the view.
- Open the generated Excel file and check the rows for each monitor you selected.
Wachete’s FAQ documents this export as containing the last 100 values per selected monitor. It does not establish that a different UI action can export every value retained for a monitor. If you need older observations or additional batches, use the API route described below rather than assuming this spreadsheet includes the full history.

Download all monitored URLs
- Open Profile → Account.
- Select Export monitored URLs.
- Open the downloaded Excel file to review the account’s URL inventory and its Dynamic Monitor column.
This is an account-wide list of monitored URLs, not a spreadsheet of the historical values Wachete observed.

Export selected monitor names and URLs
- In the monitors view, select the monitors to include.

- Click Export in that window to produce the text list.
The text export contains URLs and monitor names. Wachete documents that the text can be pasted into the multi-edit text box to import monitors again.

API authentication uses a bearer token obtained through Wachete’s API login endpoint, with credentials available from your Wachete profile. Consult Wachete’s API documentation for the exact login request, parameter syntax, response structure, and continuation-token handling before implementing a client. The documentation summarized here does not supply a complete copy-and-run export script or specify an output-file format, so do not assume a particular response can be written directly to Excel without parsing it.
The endpoint’s date filters and pagination provide a documented retrieval path when the UI’s last-100-values export is insufficient. The available data may still be constrained by your account’s retention; the API documentation does not establish that API access bypasses plan limits or retrieves data beyond the retention window.

Understand retention and timestamps before interpreting an export
Wachete advertises up to 12 months of history, with the retention period depending on plan. That is a product claim, not an independently measured guarantee for every account. Check your plan and the records actually available to your monitor before planning an archive.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
Wachete distinguishes when a monitor was last checked from when it last changed. A last-check time does not prove that the page content changed at that moment. The reviewed documentation does not specify the timezone or exact timestamp columns present in each export, so verify those details in your downloaded file or account documentation before joining records across systems.

Troubleshooting export problems
- The Excel file contains URLs but no historical values. You likely used Export monitored URLs under Profile → Account. Use the Export action in the monitors view for recent values, or the API for date-filtered and paginated retrieval.
- You cannot select more monitors for one values export. The FAQ documents a limit of 20 selected monitors per export. Export another batch separately.
- The spreadsheet does not include older values you expected. The documented UI values export contains the last 100 values per selected monitor. Try the API’s date bounds and continuation token, and account for plan-dependent history retention.
- The export contains monitor names and URLs in a text file. That is the multi-edit Export, intended for monitor definitions and re-import, rather than a history-values spreadsheet.
- A timestamp appears inconsistent with a page change. Determine whether it represents the last check or the last change; Wachete treats those as distinct events.
- An API request cannot authenticate or continue to another page. Confirm bearer-token authentication using Wachete’s documented login flow, check the endpoint and monitor ID, and use the continuation token returned for pagination. The documentation does not establish that the API can retrieve history outside your plan’s retention.
Or skip the browser setup: ScreenshotNeo for website captures
ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API and MCP server for developers, made by Yorker Media. It is not a Wachete history exporter; use Wachete’s export or API for monitoring records. If your separate task is capturing website screenshots, this one-call request returns an image:
curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webp
See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for request options. Before a capture, it can accept cookie or consent banners and remove more than 60 known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets; each step can be turned off. Bot checks or CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and response headers report the page verdict and billing status. Its MCP server provides take_screenshot, get_page_info, and capture_pdf tools for Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients. The free plan includes 1,000 shots per month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000 shots.

Which Wachete export should you use?
For a quick spreadsheet of recent monitored values, use the monitors-view Export and select up to 20 monitors. Choose the account export for a URL inventory, the multi-edit export for monitor definitions, or the API when you need documented date filters and pagination. Treat the UI values file as the last 100 values—not as a promise of a complete retained-history archive.
