Tell viewers that Super Chat is an optional YouTube purchase that makes their message stand out in live chat; a Super Sticker is a purchased animated image. Neither is a donation, and buying one does not guarantee a reply. You can explain it simply in Hindi or Hinglish, then clarify that purchases are voluntary and their details are public.
A short explanation you can say on stream
“Super Chat ek optional paid feature hai. Isse aapka message live chat mein zyada highlight hota hai. Super Sticker ek animated image hota hai. Yeh donation ya crowdfunding nahi hai.”
In English: “Super Chat is an optional paid feature that highlights your message in live chat. A Super Sticker is an animated image. These are not donations or crowdfunding.” YouTube describes both as fan-funding features for eligible live streams and Premieres, not crowdfunding or donation tools. Why a viewer may not see the purchase option
First check whether the channel and that particular stream are eligible. A missing button does not by itself mean the viewer’s device or account is faulty.
Channel and creator eligibility
The creator must meet YouTube’s fan-funding requirements, including YouTube Partner Program participation, age and location requirements, and acceptance of the relevant Commerce Product Module. India is listed by YouTube as an eligible creator location, but that does not mean every India-based channel qualifies or every stream can offer Supers. Check YouTube’s eligibility and policy page and its fan-funding feature requirements for current conditions.
