To remove a payment option from a store checkout, open Settings → Payments, select Manage beside the option, then choose Disconnect for an online gateway or Remove for a manual method. Confirm the change and update the website. If you mean the card or wallet saved to pay for your account, that is managed separately under Billing → Payment Methods.
Remove a payment option from your store checkout
These steps change the methods customers can use when checking out in your store; they do not remove the payment method saved to your account for billing.

Open your store management area.

Go to Settings → Payments.

Click Manage beside the payment method you want to change.

Choose Disconnect for an online payment gateway, or Remove for a manual payment method.

Confirm the change, save it if prompted, and update the website.
Hide a method without removing its setup
If you may want to offer the method again without reconnecting or reconfiguring it, unmark the setting that enables it at checkout. Save the change and update the website. This disables the option at checkout; it is not the same as removing the method’s configuration.

Remove a payment method saved to your account
To remove a saved card or wallet used for account billing, open Billing → Payment Methods, open the options for the method, and select Remove. A removed method can be added again later. Available methods for adding one can vary depending on where the account purchased its services.
Removing a saved method is different from stopping renewals
Turning off automatic renewal stops automatic renewals for a service; it does not remove a payment option from your store checkout. Likewise, disconnecting a store gateway does not remove the payment method saved for account billing. Use the setting that matches what you want to change.
