For an issue tied to your account, submit a ticket from the SiteLock Dashboard. SiteLock says ticket-based requests must go through the dashboard so the account can be validated. For a quicker question, open the chat window on SiteLock’s website, or call one of the published phone lines. Phone numbers are the detail most likely to differ between SiteLock pages, so check the live Contact page before you dial.
Contact routes at a glance
SiteLock offers four main ways to get help, and each suits a different kind of problem. The phone numbers below come from SiteLock’s Contact page as checked in early October 2026.
| Route | Best for | How to reach it | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dashboard ticket | Account-specific problems that need verification | Sign in to the SiteLock Dashboard and select Submit Ticket in the left navigation | SiteLock says ticket requests must be submitted through the dashboard for account validation |
| Website chat | Quick questions about an existing plan | Open the chat tab at the bottom right of SiteLock’s website | SiteLock states its security consultants are available 24/7. This is stated availability, not a guaranteed response time. |
| Phone, U.S. support | Technical support | (877) 563-2832 | Listed on the Contact page. See the conflicting-number note below. |
| Phone, billing | Account or billing changes | (844) 217-0577 | Listed on the Contact page as the billing line |
| Phone, international | Callers outside the U.S. | +1 (415) 390 2500 | Listed on the Contact page as the international contact |
| Help Center | Common questions and dashboard instructions | SiteLock’s Help Center | Unresolved questions can be escalated (see below) |
Submit a support ticket from the dashboard
A dashboard ticket is the route SiteLock ties to account validation, so it is the right choice when the problem involves your specific site, plan, or account records.

One-click scans. No signup required.
- Sign in to the SiteLock Dashboard.
- In the left navigation, select Submit Ticket.
- Complete the form and describe the problem in the detail it asks for.
Do not try to open a ticket by email. SiteLock’s dashboard guide warns that emails sent to the support address shown in that guide bounce back with ticket-submission steps instead of reaching an agent.
#1 Best Overall
Start a chat with SiteLock
Chat is the fastest way to ask a general question while you are on SiteLock’s website. The support landing page describes this sequence:
- Click the chat tab at the bottom right of the page.
- Enter your contact details.
- Select Support with an existing plan.
- Select Something else.
- Provide the domain details the chat requests.
Choose the existing-plan option even if you are not sure the problem is technical. It is the path SiteLock’s chat flow provides for current customers.

Call SiteLock by phone
Use the number that matches your issue. The Contact page lists a U.S. support line for technical questions, a separate billing line for account or billing changes, and an international number for callers outside the U.S. Phone numbers are listed on the Contact page, so confirm them there before you call.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsConflicting U.S. support numbers
SiteLock’s pages do not agree on the U.S. support number. The Contact page lists (877) 563-2832. A SiteLock dashboard help article lists 1 (855) 378-6200 for U.S. support, and it also gives a different international number. The two numbers should not be treated as interchangeable.

- Start with the number on the live Contact page, since that is SiteLock’s main public contact page.
- If the number you find in the dashboard differs from the Contact page, submit a dashboard ticket or start a chat rather than guessing which line is current.
- Check the Contact page again whenever you call, because SiteLock’s numbers can change.
If you cannot find the dashboard login
How you sign in depends on where you bought SiteLock.
- Direct customers: Sign in at sitelock.com with the email address that receives SiteLock notifications. If you cannot remember your password, use the password reset option.
- Customers who bought through a hosting provider: You may need to access SiteLock through your host’s dashboard. If you cannot find a SiteLock login there, SiteLock advises contacting your host.
Escalating unresolved questions
If the Help Center does not answer your question, SiteLock’s Frequently Asked Questions page says the next step is to call, chat, or submit a ticket through the dashboard. The page states: “If you still do not have your answer, please call, chat, or submit a ticket via your SiteLock Dashboard so we can help!” The wording comes from SiteLock itself and names no individual agent.
