You can connect AirPods Pro to an Acer laptop over Bluetooth. Turn on Bluetooth in Windows, put the earbuds in pairing mode, then select them from the laptop’s Bluetooth device list. The steps below cover AirPods Pro (1st and 2nd generation); pairing controls can differ on newer models.
Pair AirPods Pro with your Acer laptop

On the laptop, turn on Bluetooth in Windows Bluetooth settings. Open the option to add or pair a Bluetooth device; its label and location can vary by Windows version.

Place both AirPods Pro in their charging case and open the lid.

For AirPods Pro (1st or 2nd generation), press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about five seconds, or until the status light flashes white.

When AirPods Pro appear in the laptop’s Bluetooth device list, select them to complete pairing.
These instructions follow Apple’s guidance for pairing AirPods with a non-Apple device. Apple’s AirPods pairing instructions specify the case-button procedure for AirPods Pro (1st and 2nd generation).

What works after they connect
On a non-Apple device, AirPods can work as a Bluetooth headset for listening and talking. Siri is not available, according to Apple.

Check that Bluetooth is turned on in Windows.

With the AirPods Pro in the open case, confirm the status light is flashing white before searching again.

Check your AirPods Pro generation before using the setup-button steps. Apple’s cited instructions apply to the 1st and 2nd generations; pairing controls differ on newer AirPods models.
Acer laptop models and Windows versions can differ, and the exact Bluetooth settings path depends on your setup. If Bluetooth settings or devices are missing, check support information for your specific Acer model and Windows version rather than assuming every Acer laptop has the same Bluetooth configuration.
