To sync RENPHO measurements with Fitbit, first pair the scale with the RENPHO app, then authorize Fitbit from the RENPHO app: open Me > Apps > Fitbit, turn the connection on, sign in to Fitbit, and approve the requested access. RENPHO says this connection syncs Weight, Body Fat %, and BMI. It is an app authorization—not a direct Bluetooth pairing between the scale and Fitbit.
Before you connect
Your scale readings need to reach the RENPHO app before the Fitbit connection can pass them along. Pair the scale with the RENPHO app and confirm that a measurement appears there. Then connect Fitbit from the RENPHO app. RENPHO’s manual describes the integration steps, but menu labels and supported options can differ by app version, device, or phone platform. Connect RENPHO to Fitbit
- Open the RENPHO app. Go to Me, then Apps.
- Choose Fitbit. Switch the Fitbit connection on.
- Sign in to Fitbit when prompted.
- Review and approve access. Allow the requested permissions if you want RENPHO measurements to sync to Fitbit.
RENPHO lists Weight, Body Fat %, and BMI as the measurements that sync after connection. Its instructions do not specify a sync delay or establish that authorizing the connection imports all earlier measurements. RENPHO Body Scale User Manual

- Look under Apps, Third party access, or a similarly named integration setting if your app does not show the exact Me > Apps > Fitbit path.
- Check that the scale is paired with RENPHO and that a reading appears in the RENPHO app.
- Confirm that Fitbit remains enabled in RENPHO and that you approved the requested access.
- If the connection still does not appear or measurements are missing, consult RENPHO support for guidance specific to your scale model and app version.
RENPHO’s published instructions do not establish a universal menu path or a specific time for syncing, so avoid assuming that a particular delay means the connection has failed. RENPHO Body Scale User Manual

What happens to data, and in which direction?
For the MorphoScan Nova, RENPHO’s upgrade FAQ describes third-party syncing as one-way export from RENPHO Health: data can be sent from RENPHO Health to compatible apps such as Fitbit, but third-party data cannot be imported back into RENPHO Health. Moving an existing RENPHO account to RENPHO Health
RENPHO’s account-migration guidance, published January 25, 2023, recommends that registered users sign in to RENPHO Health with the email and password used for their existing RENPHO app account, reconnect their device, enable third-party access, and check measurement history. It says Guest Mode history cannot be transferred. If data does not transfer between registered accounts, the article recommends contacting RENPHO support. Review permissions and privacy
Read the Fitbit authorization request before approving it and allow only the access you are comfortable granting.
