Integrately is positioned around activating ready-made app automations with minimal setup, but the best alternative depends on the exact apps and actions your workflow needs. Product Hunt is a useful place to discover options such as Zapier, Make, Albato, Clay, HubSpot and Relay.app; its list is a starting point, not a feature audit. Compare each candidate against your workflow, expected task volume and the system where the automation should live.
What Integrately does—and what its one-click pitch means
Product Hunt describes Integrately as “1 Click Integrations For Non-Techies” and says users can search ready-made integrations and activate them in one click. The listing frames it as an automation platform for areas such as sales, marketing, leads, email and invoices. Those are listing descriptions, not independent confirmation that every workflow can be set up in one click. Product Hunt’s Integrately listing and alternatives is useful for discovery, while the official Integrately site currently claims “20 Million+ Ready Automations For 1500+ Apps.” Those catalog figures are Integrately’s own marketing claims, not independently audited counts.
Older Product Hunt listing copy refers to “500+ apps,” so it should not be read as a current catalog count. The listing also displays a 2021 launch date, 479 upvotes, a 5.0 rating based on one review and 123 followers in the retrieved page. These are a point-in-time snapshot, not durable evidence of product quality.
Which Integrately alternatives are worth shortlisting?
Product Hunt groups together tools with different intended strengths. Use that list to identify candidates, then verify each one against your own required trigger, actions and workflow. G2’s alternatives page adds enterprise integration platforms and frames comparisons around integration capabilities, automation, interface and reviewer evaluations; its ratings and review counts change over time.
#1 Best Overall
| Candidate | Starting point for evaluation | Best fit to investigate |
|---|---|---|
| Zapier | Product Hunt positions it around broad app coverage. Zapier’s own comparison page claims 9,000+ integrations versus Integrately’s roughly 1,500, and says its integrations may offer more action events. | Workflows that depend on a broad app catalog or a specific action event. Confirm the exact event in the live integration directory. |
| Make | Product Hunt presents it as a visual, modular scenario builder. | Workflows where seeing and arranging a multi-step flow visually is important. Confirm the needed logic and error handling with vendor documentation. |
| Albato | Product Hunt lists it as a budget-oriented no-code option. | A candidate when budget is a priority, after comparing plans at the same usage level and billing term. |
| Clay | Product Hunt lists it for sales workflows. | Sales-focused processes; verify whether it supports the exact apps and actions in your workflow. |
| HubSpot | Product Hunt points to automation inside the CRM. | Work that should remain centered on sales or customer operations in HubSpot. |
| Relay.app | Product Hunt includes it in its alternatives list. | A discovery candidate to assess against your specific workflow; the listing does not establish feature parity. |
| Workato, Celigo or MuleSoft Anypoint Platform | G2 includes these enterprise integration options. | Consider them as a separate tier when integration, API-management or governance needs exceed a straightforward app-to-app automation. They are not automatically like-for-like replacements for a quick-start tool. |
Zapier’s comparison was published September 16, 2026. Its integration counts and claims about action events are vendor-authored comparisons, not independent testing. Zapier also says Integrately’s one-click templates may require less setup for straightforward, low-volume workflows. Treat that as Zapier’s characterization rather than a universal result. Read Zapier’s Integrately comparison.
How to choose for your workflow
- List the exact apps and events. Write down the trigger and every action, including the specific event (for example, what creates a record or updates a field). Check that each candidate supports those events—not merely the app names.
- Map the workflow shape. Decide whether you need a simple handoff, several sequential steps, branches or more error-sensitive logic. A visual builder may suit a flow that needs to be inspected and rearranged; a ready-made template may suit a straightforward handoff. Validate the real flow rather than relying on a product category.
- Test setup and ongoing edits. In a trial or evaluation environment, check field mapping, what happens when a step fails, and how easy it is to change the automation. A quick initial activation does not by itself establish that the workflow will be easy to maintain.
- Estimate usage before comparing price. Forecast monthly runs and determine how the plan counts tasks or operations. Then compare plans at equivalent usage and billing terms. A headline monthly price is not a useful comparison if the included volume or accounting differs.
- Choose where the automation belongs. If the process stays within sales or customer operations, CRM-centered automation may be a natural fit. If it connects a broader app stack, evaluate general automation platforms. For wider integration or governance requirements, compare enterprise tools separately.
Integrately pricing snapshot
The retrieved Integrately pricing page search result showed Professional at $39 per month billed annually with 10,000 tasks, and Growth at $99 per month billed annually with 30,000 tasks. These are time-sensitive listed figures, not a guarantee of current availability or final checkout pricing. Confirm the live plan details and how tasks are counted before choosing; do not compare them with a competitor’s price unless its plan, billing term and included usage are matched.

Where to use Product Hunt and G2
Product Hunt can help surface alternatives and summarize how a product is positioned, but its recommendation labels do not prove that an option supports your exact trigger, action or volume. G2 can broaden discovery to enterprise tools and provide reviewer evaluations, but ratings and review counts are dynamic and are not a substitute for testing the workflow. For either directory, follow through to the vendor’s current documentation and plan details before committing.
