For marks on glass you can reach, let the oven cool completely, then wipe gently with a clean, soft cloth and mild detergent or warm soapy water. If the haze or drip is between the panes, do not scrub harder from the surface: check the manual for your exact oven model before attempting access or door removal.
First identify where the mark is
Look at the glass before choosing a cleaning method. Soil on an exposed surface can be wiped directly. A mark that appears trapped between panes cannot be reached by wiping that surface, and the door’s construction and access points can vary by model.

Clean accessible inner glass safely
- Turn off the oven and let it cool completely. Samsung’s Singapore-region NV7000B series manual advises waiting for the oven to cool before wiping spots on the inner glass. That manual is useful cleaning guidance, but it does not establish that your oven is the same model family.
- Wipe gently. Use a clean, soft cloth with mild or neutral detergent, or warm soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, hard brushes, scouring pads or cloths, steel wool, and knives or other sharp tools.
- Remove residue and dry the glass. Use a clean damp cloth as needed, then dry. Keep liquid out of the door cracks and away from the gasket: Samsung Canada cautions that moisture entering cracks may get between the panes.
If the dirt is between the panes
Samsung’s US support guide describes using a long, thin, preferably flexible implement wrapped in a cleaning cloth and secured so the cloth cannot come loose; it also suggests an oven cleaning tool. The guide discusses accessing gaps along the bottom of the door, but the exact openings and construction depend on the model. Use such a tool only if your exact manual and door design permit it. Samsung warns that damage caused by taking the door apart may not be covered by any remaining warranty. Do not improvise with screws, clips, or glass-panel removal. Find the right manual before attempting removal
Check the appliance label for the full model number, then locate that model’s official manual through Samsung support for your region. Do not rely on a sequence for a different Samsung oven: the number and arrangement of panes, gaps, clips, screws, and removal steps are not established as universal. If no model-specific procedure is provided, stop and contact Samsung service rather than dismantling the door.
Cleaning guidance and model limits
The gentle surface-cleaning advice above is consistent with Samsung’s Singapore-region NV7000B series manual. Samsung’s Canadian oven-cleaning guidance supports drying glass thoroughly and avoiding moisture entering door cracks. Neither source identifies your oven’s model, glass configuration, warranty status, or local service terms, so use your exact manual for any door-specific procedure.
