To claim a prediction market promotion, follow the official offer’s link or code instructions, check that you meet its location and account requirements, complete only the stated qualifying steps, and confirm the reward in your account. A code alone does not prove eligibility or guarantee a credit. Read the offer’s current terms before you deposit or trade: deadlines, qualifying activity, reward type, and expiry can differ by platform and promotion.
Check these terms before you enter a code or fund an account
Use the offer’s own rules rather than assuming all prediction-market promotions work alike. Confirm the following in the platform’s official promotion page or in-app Rewards/Referrals screen:
- Platform and product: Determine whether the offer is for a general platform referral program, a U.S.-specific product, or a limited-time promotion.
- Availability and eligibility: Check the offer’s active dates, age requirement, permitted country or state, physical-location rules, new-user status, identity-verification requirement, and any exclusions.
- Code deadline: Find out whether the code must be used before signup, during signup, or within a post-signup window—and whether making a deposit closes that window.
- Qualifying actions: Read the exact onboarding, deposit, or trading requirements. Do not assume that any deposit or trade qualifies.
- Reward and expiry: Distinguish cash from trading credit or fee rebates. Check how the reward can be used, whether it can be withdrawn, and its expiry date.
- Claim and confirmation: Look for a claim or unlock step, then verify the reward in the account’s activity or credit history.
Do not deposit or trade solely because an offer mentions a reward. First decide whether the stated requirements and any restrictions make the offer worthwhile for you.
How to claim a promotion
- Open the official offer. Start from the platform’s own promotion page, help center, or in-app offer. Check that the offer is current and read its complete terms.
- Check account and location eligibility. Confirm that your age, location, new-user status, and verification status meet the specific offer’s rules.
- Attach the code within the stated window. Follow the offer’s signup or referral-link instructions. If the platform allows a code to be added after signup, confirm the deadline and any action—such as a deposit—that ends that opportunity.
- Complete only the listed requirements. Finish any required verification, onboarding, deposit, or qualifying activity. The offer’s terms determine what counts.
- Claim or unlock the reward if required. Check the account’s Rewards, Referrals, or onboarding area for an explicit claim action; some credits may post automatically.
- Verify the result and expiry. Review the account’s credit or activity screen for the amount, restrictions, and use-by date. Contact the platform through its official support channel if a qualifying offer does not appear.
Kalshi: code timing, account-specific rewards, and credit expiry
Kalshi’s Referral Program FAQ, dated August 25, 2026, says a referral code can be entered during signup. In some cases it can be added after signup, but only within 72 hours of the first login/account creation and before the first deposit, whichever happens first. Once applied, the code cannot be replaced.
#1 Best Overall
The FAQ says a valid referral link or code and completed identity verification are basic requirements, and that referral incentives are currently available only to U.S. users. Individual promotions may impose narrower eligibility rules. The reward amount and trading requirements depend on the program applying to the account; Kalshi directs users to Menu → Referrals or Rewards for the applicable terms.
A credit may appear automatically or require an onboarding action. Look for an “Unlock your referral bonus” banner and follow its prompt, such as “Unlock bonus amount” or “Claim.” To check whether a credit posted, Kalshi points users to Activity → Credit.
Kalshi says referral credits are intended for trading, and the original credit itself usually is not withdrawable; profits made using it become withdrawable cash. Issued referral credits usually expire seven days after issuance unless the offer says otherwise. Check the date shown in your own Rewards/Referrals Hub or Portfolio → Credit; Kalshi says expired credits cannot be reinstated.
Polymarket and Polymarket US are different offers
Do not treat the general Polymarket referral program and a Polymarket US incentive as interchangeable. They describe different programs, and an account or jurisdiction may not have access to every offer.
Polymarket’s general referral program
The Polymarket Help Center’s Referral Program page, dated June 24, 2026, describes rewards for referrers—not a fixed signup bonus for every referred user. It says a referrer must reach $10,000 in lifetime trading volume before earning. A referred user must sign up within 30 days of clicking the shared market or profile link.
The page lists rewards of 10% of net fees from direct referrals and 5% from indirect referrals. They apply for the first 30 days after signup or until the referred account reaches Platinum, whichever comes first. Because rewards are based on fees, volume by itself does not guarantee earnings; the page notes that not all markets have fees. Terms may change.
Polymarket US’s 2026 referred-user incentive
A separate public filing by Polymarket US / QCX LLC, titled “The 2026 Referral Incentive Program” and dated January 16, 2026, describes a one-time $10 account credit for a first-time user who uses a referral code, is successfully onboarded, and deposits at least $10 within 30 days. Under the filing, incentive funds are applied as original margin on new positions and may be withdrawn upon settlement or liquidation of a position.

The filing says the program and its terms may be amended. It does not establish that the offer is available to every reader or jurisdiction today, so check the current notice and the offer shown in your account before acting: Polymarket US / QCX LLC filing.

Limited-time offers can add conditions beyond a platform’s usual referral requirements. For example, Kalshi’s official rules for its completed 2026 World Cup promotion required a valid KYC-approved account, age 18 or older, and U.S. physical presence; the rules excluded New York and Florida residents or people located there. Its entry window ran from June 4 through kickoff of the first match on June 11, 2026. That promotion has ended, and those conditions are not universal Kalshi referral rules. The example shows why the exact offer’s rules matter: Kalshi World Cup Promotion official rules.

How to compare two offers
Compare the terms that determine whether you can qualify and use the reward—not just the advertised amount.
| What to compare | What to check |
|---|---|
| Eligibility | Allowed locations, age, verification, new-user status, and exclusions. |
| Code timing | When the code must be applied and whether signup, a first deposit, or another action closes the window. |
| Qualifying activity | Any required deposit, onboarding, trading volume, or other action, including its deadline. |
| Reward value and form | Whether it is a fixed credit, trading credit, cash, or a fee rebate—and how it can be used or withdrawn. |
| Claim and expiry | Whether a manual claim is required and when the reward expires. |
| Referrer economics | For referral programs, check the referrer’s volume threshold, fee basis, reward period, caps, and disqualification rules. |
For Polymarket’s general referral program, the published basis is net fees, not simply trading volume, and its listed reward period and market-fee qualification apply. Check the current terms before relying on those details.
