Choose capacity for your usual batch
Use the capacity stated for the exact model as a comparison point, not as a guaranteed serving count. The catalog examples range from 5 quarts for the AF141 to 6.5 quarts for the AF181; DualZone options listed include 8- and 10-quart models. A larger number alone does not answer whether the appliance suits your meals: basket count and cooking layout determine how that capacity is divided.

These controls address timing and settings; they do not remove the need to check the zone sizes, total capacity, and appliance dimensions against your kitchen and meal sizes. Compare the specific 8-quart or 10-quart model rather than choosing by the DualZone label alone.
When a stacked or convertible design makes sense

Before ordering, check the specific model’s dimensions and make sure you can reach and use the baskets comfortably where you plan to place it. FlexBasket: one large zone or two smaller zones
