Check the official account or service that accepted your Hajj booking payment. For Saudi domestic bookings made through Nusuk, review the digital wallet’s transaction history and your reservation status; for transactions recorded by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, use its transaction inquiry. These checks serve different purposes, and Nusuk’s published guidance does not promise a separate confirmation for every instalment.
Start with the platform that took your payment
Hajj payment systems are not universal. If you booked through a national ministry, Hajj mission, or separate provider, sign in to that organization’s own account and contact its support team if the payment is missing. The Nusuk steps below apply to Saudi domestic Hajj services described by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and Nusuk; they may not match another country’s process.
Check your Hajj payment status in Nusuk
Review the wallet transaction history
- Sign in to the official Nusuk Hajj platform or app using the account associated with your booking.
- Open the pilgrim dashboard and review the wallet balance and notifications. Nusuk describes the dashboard as showing wallet balance, Hajj dates, and other booking information. Nusuk Hajj platform
- Open the digital wallet’s transaction history and look for the payment. The wallet service says users can view wallet transactions; it lists credit card, SADAD, MADA, and cash among its channels. Nusuk digital wallet service
- Compare any matching entry with the payment provider’s record: check the amount, date, and reference number. Keep the provider confirmation and any corresponding Nusuk record.
The official service descriptions do not specify a processing window or a standard status label for an instalment. If the entry is absent or unclear, do not infer from the balance alone that a particular instalment has settled.

Check the reservation and SMS confirmation
Nusuk’s Hajj journey guidance says that after completing a booking and paying its full value, the applicant receives an SMS and can also check the reservation through the Nusuk app. The guidance describes confirmation after full payment; it does not state that a distinct SMS or reservation update is issued for each partial instalment. If a Ministry-recorded payment is not showing
The Ministry’s separate “Inquire About Transaction” service checks transactions in Ministry records. Its service guide says to provide the transaction number and the mobile number of the person who submitted the transaction. Access the service through the Ministry website’s e-services, sign in, and complete the requested information. The National Platform lists the service as immediate and free; that description concerns the inquiry service, not payment processing time. The National Platform lists Ministry contact details as 9200028140 and Care@haj.gov.sa. For a payment made to another authority or provider, contact that payee instead; the Ministry inquiry only covers transactions recorded in its system.

What to do when an instalment is still missing
- Save the payment provider’s confirmation, including the amount, date, and reference or transaction number.
- Check the account and phone number used for the booking, then compare the provider record with the relevant wallet history or reservation details.
- If the payment was made through Nusuk, use Nusuk’s wallet and booking records; if it was submitted directly to the Ministry, use the Ministry transaction inquiry with the requested details.
- If neither record clarifies the payment, contact the organization that accepted it and provide the reference and proof of payment. Avoid treating a permit-status result or itinerary invoice as proof that an instalment cleared.
