To confirm whether YouTube has paid Super Chat revenue, check the YouTube payments account in AdSense for YouTube, then compare its payment record with your bank statement. YouTube Studio’s Supers figure is only estimated revenue; it does not prove that Google issued a payment or that your bank received it.
Know which payment status you are checking
There are four distinct stages, and each answers a different question:
- Estimated Supers revenue: YouTube Studio reports an estimate for Super Chat, Super Stickers, and Super Thanks.
- Finalized earnings: YouTube posts finalized earnings to the YouTube payments account in AdSense for YouTube. YouTube Help states: “Your finalized earnings are only visible in your AdSense for YouTube account.”
- Payment activity: A payment transaction or payment-issued/pending entry indicates that payout has been initiated.
- Funds received: Your bank statement confirms whether the money arrived in your account.
A finalized earnings entry is not itself a payment, and a Studio estimate is not evidence of either a finalized balance or a payout.

Check the estimated Supers figure in YouTube Studio
- Sign in to YouTube Studio.
- Open Analytics → Revenue.
- Choose a date range that includes the period you want to review.
- Look for the Supers figure. It combines estimated revenue from Super Chat, Super Stickers, and Super Thanks.
Use this figure to review estimated Supers activity, not to decide whether Google has paid you. Finalized earnings are shown in AdSense for YouTube instead. YouTube Help: Check your YouTube revenue.
Check finalized earnings and payment activity in AdSense for YouTube
- Sign in to AdSense for YouTube using the account associated with your channel.
- Open Payments.
- If more than one payments account appears, select the YouTube payments account.
- Open View transactions.
- Review the earnings and payment entries. To inspect history beyond the default last three months, use the date filter and select All time. You can also filter the detailed view by transaction type and date range.
Read the entries according to what they establish: an earnings line shows earnings posted to the account; a payment transaction or payment-issued/pending entry indicates payout initiation. - By the 20th: Payment information changes and payment-hold removals generally need to be completed for that month’s cycle.
- 21st–26th: If the balance reaches the threshold in the account’s reporting currency and there is no payment hold, a payment is generally issued.
- After issuance: A bank transfer can take up to seven working days to complete.

- Threshold: The threshold depends on the reporting currency in your AdSense for YouTube account. Do not assume a specific rupee amount just because you are in India. Check the account’s currency, balance, and payment status.
- Payment holds: Check whether AdSense for YouTube shows a hold that prevents a payment.
- Tax and verification steps: Review any outstanding tax information or identity/address verification requests shown in your account.
- Payment method: Confirm that a valid payment method is set up for the YouTube payments account.
- Cycle timing: If finalized earnings or payment details changed after the relevant monthly cutoff, the payment may not follow the current cycle.
- Bank posting: If AdSense shows a payment was issued, allow for bank processing—Google says a bank transfer can take up to seven working days—and check your bank statement.
