To find out whether War (2007), the action film starring Jet Li and Jason Statham, is available where you live, search a country-specific streaming guide, select your country, then confirm the offer on the streaming service itself. Availability varies by country, and a listing can mean subscription access, ad-supported viewing, rental, purchase, or DVD—not necessarily free streaming.
Check the right film and country first
Search for War (2007) and verify the cast before relying on a short-title result. Netflix identifies the film as a 2007 action movie starring Jet Li, Jason Statham, and John Lone: Netflix title page.

Use a guide that lets you select the country where your account will be used. JustWatch publishes localized title pages and provider filters; its US page for War and provider filters can help narrow the results by service and viewing model. The “All” filter is intended to include listed providers across free, subscription, rental, and purchase options.

A title can appear in a search without being included in a subscription. Check the label beside each offer before choosing a service:
#1 Best Overall
- Subscription: access is included with the named service or channel, subject to that service’s terms.
- Free with ads: viewing does not require a paid title rental, but includes advertising.
- Rental: pay for temporary access; check the price and viewing window on the provider’s page.
- Digital purchase: buy the title for digital access or download, depending on the store’s terms.
- DVD or Blu-ray: a physical-disc purchase is not a streaming option.
For example, the US JustWatch page reported subscription, ad-supported, rental, digital purchase, and DVD options. Its availability check was dated September 11, 2026; it listed Amazon Prime Video and several Amazon channels for subscription access, The Roku Channel and Plex Player among ad-supported options, and other rental and disc sellers. These are a dated snapshot, not a guarantee that an offer remains available.
Country examples: the same film has different listings
These examples show why a result for one country cannot answer the question for another. JustWatch pages report the following availability checks:
| Country | Reported providers and offer types | Check date on page |
|---|---|---|
| United States | Subscription and ad-supported options, plus digital rental, purchase, and DVD listings | September 11, 2026 |
| India | Lionsgate Play and its listed channel options for streaming; Apple TV Store purchase and Amazon Video rental | October 1, 2026 |
| Brazil | Telecine Amazon Channel and Lionsgate+ Amazon Channel; the localized page uses the title Guerra and identifies the original title as War | October 1, 2026 |
Use the country page that matches the account’s home region, then open the provider’s own listing. The guide is a discovery tool; the service is the final check for whether your account can play the title, and for current price, rental window, video quality, audio, and subtitles.

Confirm the result on the actual service
- On a country-specific availability guide, search for War (2007) and choose the country where you will watch.
- Review provider filters and the viewing label. Do not treat a rental, purchase, or DVD offer as subscription streaming.
- Open the named provider’s own app or website and search for the film there.
- Check that the title is playable for your account and country, then verify the current price or subscription requirement and the available language and playback details before paying.
If the film does not appear
- Check that the result is War (2007), rather than another film or program with the same short title.
- Try another local streaming guide or a rental storefront for your country.
- Check the provider directly; a missing result on one guide or service does not prove the film is unavailable everywhere.
- Do not generalize a Netflix result from one country. Netflix explains that “Each country has its own catalog of original and licensed TV shows and movies” in its catalog availability help page.
Netflix’s title page was not available in the country indicated by the accessed page, but that page output did not establish which country it represented. It therefore cannot confirm that War is absent from Netflix in your country.
