Open the IndiaMART listing, bring the product name, image, or detail you need into view, then use your device’s screenshot shortcut. Use a separate capture for details that do not fit legibly on one screen; full-page capture is available only on some devices and pages.
Before you capture the IndiaMART listing
Open the product page in the IndiaMART app or a browser, then scroll to frame the information you want to keep. For a useful record, include the product name and image with the relevant detail when possible. If price, minimum order quantity, supplier identity, or specifications are farther down the page, take separate screenshots rather than shrinking the text into an unreadable image.
A screenshot records what is visible at that moment; it is not automatically a complete archive of a long listing. Keep enough page or browser context to identify the listing, especially if you plan to share the image. Review the capture for contact details, account information, or other personal data before sending it.

Windows 10 or 11
- Open the IndiaMART product page and arrange the listing details on screen.
- Press Windows+Shift+S to open the Snipping Tool overlay.
- Choose a capture mode and drag over the product information, or select a full-screen capture if that suits the purpose.
- Open the capture in Snipping Tool to save, annotate, or share it. Microsoft also documents Print Screen as a way to copy a full-screen snapshot to the clipboard. See Microsoft’s Snipping Tool guidance.
Mac
- Shift-Command-3 captures the full screen.
- Shift-Command-4 lets you drag to select an area.
- Shift-Command-5 opens screenshot controls and capture options.
By default, macOS saves screenshots to the desktop; the Screenshot app lets you change the destination. See Apple’s screenshot instructions.

iPhone
- On a Face ID model, press and quickly release Side + Volume Up together.
- On a model with a Home button, press and quickly release Side + Home together.
For an eligible webpage open in Safari, the screenshot preview may offer Full Page. If it appears, select it and save the result as an image or PDF. Availability depends on the page and capture workflow. See Apple’s iPhone screenshot guidance.
Android
- Open the listing and press Power + Volume Down together.
- If that shortcut does not work, briefly hold Power and tap Screenshot in the menu, if available.
- Use the preview or the device’s Screenshots album or folder to open and save the image.
- For content below the visible screen, use Scrolling screenshot if the option is offered.
Google documents scrolling screenshots on Android 12 and later for most screens that allow scrolling; availability and button controls can differ by phone maker. See Google’s Android screenshot guidance.

Choose a capture that stays readable

What IndiaMART documents about screenshots
IndiaMART’s app listings describe buyer tasks such as searching for products, posting requirements, comparing quotes, and chatting with sellers. The iOS listing also describes catalog views and sharing product images or PDFs in chat. These descriptions establish that buyers can view product information in the app, but they do not specify a special screenshot command. IndiaMART’s located Customer Support instructions cover sellers adding product images and listing information through Seller Tool. That is an image-upload workflow for creating or editing a listing, not a buyer-side screenshot feature.

Troubleshooting
- The shortcut does not work: On Windows, use Windows+Shift+S rather than relying on Print Screen behavior. On Android, try the Power menu’s Screenshot option if your device offers it. On iPhone, use the button combination that matches the model.
- The capture cuts off the information: Scroll and take another screenshot, or try an extended capture only if your device offers it for that page.
- The text is too small: Capture a smaller region or split the listing into multiple images. Avoid scaling a long page down so far that the details cannot be read.
- You cannot find the saved image: Check the screenshot preview and the device’s usual screenshot destination. On Mac, the default is the desktop unless the destination has been changed in Screenshot controls.
- The result omits page content you expected: A normal screenshot captures the current screen, not necessarily the entire product page. Full-page and scrolling modes depend on device, operating system, browser, and page support.
