Nimbus Screenshot advertises full-page capture and scrolling webpage screenshots, but the available product information does not establish that it will keep loading an infinite feed until the feed ends. For a conventional long page, choose Nimbus’s full-page or entire-page capture. For an infinite feed, scroll to load the sections you need, capture, and inspect the result for missing content. If the page has a scrollable panel inside it, use Nimbus’s separate “Capture scroll fragment” option when available.
First identify what needs capturing
“Full page” can mean three different things. Choosing the right target matters because a full-document capture is not the same as capturing an inner panel or forcing an endless feed to finish.
- A long, fixed document: The page has a finite height, and its content is already present or loads as you move through it. Nimbus advertises entire-webpage capture for this case.
- An infinite-scrolling feed: The site adds more items as you scroll. It may not have a fixed end, and the reviewed Nimbus materials do not confirm that it automatically triggers loading until every item is captured.
- An inner scrollable panel: A chat window, task panel, or similar region scrolls independently while the surrounding page stays in place. Capture a conventional full page in Nimbus
- Load the page first. Wait for the main content to appear. If images or sections load as you scroll, move through the portions you need before capturing so the site has an opportunity to load them. This is a precaution, not a guarantee that every site’s lazy-loaded content will be included.

- Choose the full-page option. Select the option labeled “Entire page” or a full-page equivalent, then follow the prompts shown by your installed version. Nimbus documentation distinguishes “Entire page” from “Capture scroll fragment.”
- Review the capture before sharing it. Check that the top, middle, and bottom sections are present. Look for blank areas, missing images or content, repeated fixed headers, and a capture that stops before the section you need.
- Save or edit the result. Nimbus’s Firefox listing advertises annotation and JPG, PNG, and PDF output. Available formats and controls can depend on the current version and browser.
Handle an infinite feed without assuming it has an end
For an infinite feed, Nimbus’s advertised scrolling capture should not be read as a guarantee that the extension will scroll repeatedly, trigger every load, or capture every item. The available listing says it supports scrolling during webpage screenshot capture, but it does not establish complete capture of unbounded feeds.

- Capture the loaded portion using the full-page option, if the result is suitable for the page and your installed Nimbus version.
- Inspect the output for a premature stopping point or missing content. If it is incomplete, capture defined sections one at a time and keep them in sequence.
If a feed has no fixed endpoint, there may be no meaningful “entire page” to save. Treat the capture as a record of the content loaded at that time, not proof that every possible item is included.

Capture a scrollable panel inside the page
When the target is an independently scrollable region—such as a chat window embedded in a page—use Nimbus’s “Capture scroll fragment” mode if it is available in your installed version. Nimbus documentation describes this mode for an internally scrollable object. Do not select it when your goal is the ordinary page document; use “Entire page” for that instead. Use Firefox’s built-in full-page capture as a fallback
Firefox documents a native option to save a full page. Open Take Screenshot, choose Save full page, then download or copy the image. This is a Firefox workflow, not evidence that Nimbus behaves the same way, and it is not a guarantee that every dynamically loaded or infinite feed will be captured completely. Check version, compatibility, and permissions
The Firefox Add-ons listing available for this guide reports Nimbus version 15.6.9 and a last update of July 31, 2020.
