For a full-page screenshot of a UPI web app in Windows, open the page in Microsoft Edge, choose Screenshot from the page’s right-click menu (or press Ctrl+Shift+S), then select the full-page capture option. Check the result in the overlay before saving or copying it. Edge can capture content below the visible screen; a standard screen snip captures only the screen area you select.
Capture the full UPI webpage in Microsoft Edge
- Open the UPI web app page in Microsoft Edge and wait until the content you want is displayed.
- Right-click the page and select Screenshot, or press Ctrl+Shift+S.
- In the capture interface, choose the full-page option.
- Review the preview for missing or unwanted content, then use the overlay to save or copy the image. Edge also supports markup.
Microsoft describes Edge Screenshot as capturing a full webpage, including parts that require scrolling to see. The feature may also keep moving content such as GIFs or carousels on screen during capture so you can select a frame, but behavior can differ by app and browser build. Microsoft Edge Screenshot
Choose the right capture method

Capture only a visible area with Snipping Tool
Use this when you need a particular visible part rather than the complete page. Press Windows+Shift+S, then choose a rectangular, freeform, window, or full-screen snip and select the area or screen you need. These modes capture the current screen; Microsoft’s documented Snipping Tool modes do not describe scrolling capture of a webpage. Before sending or publishing the image, inspect it for information that should remain private, such as names, payment details, account identifiers, QR codes, or transaction information. Not every UPI page contains these details, but if yours does, crop or mark up the image before sharing. Edge and Snipping Tool provide editing or markup options in their capture workflows.

If Screenshot is missing or the capture looks wrong
- The right-click menu has no Screenshot option: Try Ctrl+Shift+S. If that does not open the tool, check whether Edge is up to date and whether the feature is available in your browser version and market. Microsoft notes that availability can vary by device type, market, and browser version. Microsoft Edge Screenshot
- You captured only what was visible: Return to the capture interface and choose the full-page option rather than a selected-area capture.
- Some content is absent or unexpected: Wait for the intended page content to appear before capturing, then inspect the preview. Dynamic content may not behave identically across UPI apps or Edge builds.
- You only need a portion of the page: Use Edge’s selected-area capture or Snipping Tool instead of a full-page image.
