For IEM Cologne 2027, buy through the official ESL Pro Tour event page. The eligible-customer presale is scheduled for October 13, 2026, at 15:00 CEST; Wave 1 general sales are scheduled for October 15 at 15:00 CEST. Before choosing a category, decide whether you need an assigned seat: Upper, Lower and Premium are free seating, while Lower Reserved and Plus provide assigned seats. Check the event-specific map when it is published—the 2027 playoffs will use a 360-degree stage.
When and where to buy IEM Cologne 2027 tickets
The full tournament runs August 4–15, 2027, but the four LANXESS arena playoff days are August 12–15. The official IEM Cologne ticket page is the place to check sale access, current categories, prices and inventory. Categories are released in limited waves: a category sold out in one wave may reappear later, and some categories are introduced in later waves. A sold-out label is therefore not necessarily the end of availability. Prices and stock can change, so use the live page at the time you buy.
Presale eligibility
ESL FACEIT Group lists presale eligibility for people who bought Premium or Diamond Coin tickets, or an IEM+ Upgrade, at the 2026 Cologne Major. The organizer says the presale link will be sent October 12, 2026. To qualify, use the same email address for your ESL account on Vivenu as for the earlier purchase.

#1 Best Overall
- COMFORT THAT HOLDS UP IN LONG SESSIONS: High-density shaping foam keeps its loft instead of flattening out, so the cushion still supports you after a full workday or an all-evening gaming streak. The contoured backrest, removable headrest, and adjustable lumbar pillow line up your neck and lower back instead of letting you slump.
- BUILT WITH THE MONEY WHERE IT COUNTS: A 1.8 mm thick steel frame and a Class 3 gas lift carry the load, rather than the light-duty plastic bases common at this price. The upholstery is wear-resistant PU leather over high-density foam, and the rubber casters were run through a 1,000-mile rolling test on the hard floors this chair is built for.
- WHAT ADJUSTS, AND WHAT DOES NOT: Lean back anywhere from 90 to 155 degrees, or loosen the knob beneath the seat to rock while you think, and turn a full 360 degrees on the multi-direction casters to reach the rest of your setup. The padded armrests are fixed in place rather than height-adjustable.
- SIZED FOR REAL DESKS AND REAL BODIES: Seat height adjusts from 17.3 to 21.5 in., behind a 22.5 by 30.5 in. backrest and a 14.5 by 20.5 in. seat. The range runs low enough for most standard desks, and the tall back and roomy proportions suit bigger-framed adults who feel cramped in compact task chairs.
- ONE CHAIR FOR THE WHOLE SETUP: Park this chair in front of a PS5 or Xbox for console sessions, then roll over to a desk for remote work or coursework. The padded seat and tall back make a comfortable spot for streaming and video calls, and the clean racing-style lines suit a game room, dorm, apartment, or shared office.

Do tickets have assigned seats?
Lower Reserved and Plus provide assigned seating within their sections. Upper, Lower and Premium are free seating, so you choose from available seats in the designated area rather than buying a specific numbered seat in advance. Premium is infield access, not a reserved seat. Premium Reserved is intended for buyers seeking reserved infield seating, but its seat plan and availability depend on the final layout.
How to choose a section
- Choose Upper if price matters most and you are comfortable with free seating in the Upper Ranks.
- Choose Lower if you want the Lower Ranks but do not need an assigned seat.
- Choose Lower Reserved or Plus if knowing your assigned seat matters. Plus adds IEM+ and future presale access.
- Choose Premium for the infield and its listed hospitality and access benefits, accepting that seating is free rather than numbered.
- Consider Premium Reserved only once the category and event-specific seat plan are available; upgrades from Premium are subject to availability.
- Consider The Sanctuary if you want the listed VIP lounge and catering package rather than a standard seat-focused ticket.
Use the event map, not just arena seat numbers
The 2027 playoffs are scheduled to use a 360-degree stage for the first time at IEM Cologne. Wait for the event-specific map and check its stage orientation, blocks and ticket-section boundaries before paying, especially if a particular view is important to you. The general LANXESS arena seating guide describes 100-prefix places as interior floor seating, 200- and 300-prefix places as lower-level business seats, 600-prefix places as first upper level, 700-prefix places as second upper level, and 400-/500-prefix places as the two box levels. Those are general venue labels, not a guarantee of sightlines or section mapping for this esports setup; follow the event map and ticket description.

- Most Comfortable And Relaxing: Equipped with headrest and lumbar pillow. When your neck feels sore from gaming or working with head down for a long time, the headrest will relieve your fatigue. When tired from maintaining a same sitting posture, please rest assured to lean back and charge your waist pillow, it will relax your tired waist energetically.
- More Stable Than Others: Common gaming chairs are equipped with plastic legs generally to save costs, but we still insist on applying the same material as the built-in metal frame. No fear of high or low temperature, no fear of the sunshine, no fear of wind, it will not rust and break. Whether child rolls on the chair or a pet jumps up excitedly, the sturdy metal legs will keep the chair stable firmly.
- Liberate Your Feet: Will you feel tired for sitting all the time? Sure. Then you can choose the chair with footrest to relax your feet. When you don’t want to straighten your back and sit, just take out the footrest, put your feet up, turn on your favorite music, and start enjoying the comfort! And don’t worry about clean, it is also made of high-quality PU leather, just wipe it with a soft cloth and it will shine as new.
- Reject Short-Lived Chairs: We never hesitate to apply materials. Armrests must be padded from the position of the elbow to the wrist, built-in metal frame must be wider, and the foam under the leather must be rich, it can’t collapse as if we are sitting on a hard stone when leaning up. The chair has gone through thousands of rotation and sitting experiments before mass production. Sufficient and premium materials can ensure the chair to withstand long-term use.
- Worry-Free Purchase: A detailed instruction will be sent to you along with all accessories so that you can assemble the chair easily. Free replacement or refund within 30 days. Free replacement or repair within 1 year. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us, we will do our best to make our customers satisfied.
Age and wheelchair access
The minimum age is 16; children and adolescents under 16 are not admitted even with a guardian. The organizer locates wheelchair spaces at foyer level 3. Infield Premium and Upper Ranks are not accessible. Upper tickets must be upgraded to Lower Rank tickets for wheelchair access, and only the designated accompanying person can sit near the wheelchair spaces. Contact official ticket support for individual access questions before purchasing.
Getting to LANXESS arena
The arena is in Deutz, about 750 metres—a walk of roughly ten minutes—from Deutzer Bahnhof, according to the LANXESS arena event listing. Allow time for check-in, security and ticket control. An event ticket works as a VRS transit pass only if the VRS logo is printed on it; do not assume transit is included with every category. The venue listing also links to online parking reservations for its P3 garage.
