If you received an ARC Raiders ban or restriction, submit an appeal through Embark’s official ARC Raiders Support portal. Sign in with the Embark ID for the affected account, open the chat bubble, and choose Ban Appeals > Game Ban. To check whether you are restricted, start with the notice or error message you received; the official pages reviewed do not describe a separate public restriction-status lookup tool.
How to appeal an ARC Raiders restriction
- Open ARC Raiders Support.
- Sign in with the Embark ID associated with the affected account.
- Click the chat bubble in the lower-right corner of the page.
- Select Ban Appeals > Game Ban. Embark’s enforcement policy uses the label Ban Appeals > In-Game Ban; if the live support interface differs, use the ban-appeal option shown there.
- Provide the restriction notice or error message and any relevant context you believe helps explain what happened. Keep the account owner involved: Embark says account matters are generally discussed only with the account owner.
Embark’s Ban Appeals guide, last updated February 19, 2026, says an appeal must concern an active restriction and permits one appeal per eligible restriction. Hardware restrictions are final and cannot be appealed. The guide says the appeal is reviewed individually and the outcome is communicated to the player. Embark’s Anti-Cheat Team stated on May 7, 2026, that “Every ban appeal is reviewed by a person on our team.”
How to tell whether your account is restricted
Use the ban notification or error message you received as the clearest indication of the action affecting access. Embark’s enforcement policy says the notification reflects whether the ban is temporary or permanent. If the message is unclear or you cannot determine why you cannot access the game, contact Embark Support through the official portal and include the exact message.
The official support pages reviewed do not describe a standalone public page or tool for looking up restriction status. That is a limit of the published documentation, not proof that Support cannot clarify an individual account’s access in a specific case.

What an ARC Raiders ban or restriction can mean
Embark’s enforcement policy defines a ban as a temporary or permanent suspension of access under its Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. The policy’s examples include:
- Cheats, hacks, or third-party tools that affect gameplay, as well as attempts to bypass anti-cheat.
- Unfair use of bugs or glitches.
- Abusive conduct, hate speech, harassment, or stream sniping.
- Boosting or farming, account sharing or sale, and trading game items for anything of value.
The list is illustrative rather than exhaustive. Embark also warns that external software can interact with the game unintentionally and trigger an anti-cheat violation. Serious violations may lead to bans across Embark titles or, in sufficiently serious cases, a hardware ban. Steam Family Sharing can also cause enforcement to affect accounts using a shared license.
What can happen after an appeal
Embark’s Ban Appeals guide describes three possible outcomes:

- Adjusted: Embark considers a different action more appropriate.
- Lifted: The restriction is removed because it was applied in error.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the restriction will be lifted or changed. Embark says it does not disclose specific detection methods or detailed evidence, to protect the integrity of its security and anti-cheat systems. Its Anti-Cheat Team described the process on May 7, 2026: “The process isn’t automated, and we keep refining it as we learn more about the cases that come through.”

If you suspect someone accessed your account
Secure the linked platform account using that platform’s official security guidance, then give Embark relevant context when submitting an eligible appeal. A suspected compromise does not automatically cancel a restriction: Embark says account owners are responsible for account security and activity. Do not try to evade a restriction with another account, disable anti-cheat, or pay an unofficial service claiming it can unban you; use Embark Support instead.
