Add White Balance for quicker access

Which iPhone models and modes support it?
Apple describes its customizable Pro camera controls, including white balance, for iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. Manual white balance is documented in Photo, Video, Cinematic, Slo-mo, and Time-Lapse modes. Apple’s iPhone announcement

What to know about the available values
Apple’s guide explains how to select a white-balance value but does not specify a temperature scale, named presets, or numerical adjustment range. It also does not say whether a selected value remains in place after Camera closes, so do not assume the setting persists between sessions.
