To add a pricing table in WordPress without coding, use the built-in Table block for a simple comparison, or install a pricing-table block plugin when you need plan cards, feature lists, styled buttons, or reusable tables. Add your plans in the block editor, adjust the available design settings, and preview the result with your theme on desktop and phone screens.
Choose the right kind of pricing table
Start by deciding how much structure and styling your page needs. WordPress’s native Table block handles straightforward rows and columns; dedicated pricing-table plugins add features tailored to presenting plans. Neither route requires custom code.
| Approach | What its publisher documents | Consider it when |
|---|---|---|
| WordPress Table block | Basic table editing, column alignment, and block settings. Wide and full-width alignment depend on theme support. WordPress documentation | A plain comparison table is enough, and your theme supports the width you want. |
| B Pricing Table | A Gutenberg block with styling, feature icons, buttons, and responsive behavior; the listing distinguishes free and Pro features. WordPress.org listing | You want pricing-specific presentation and have checked whether the controls you need are included in the free version. |
| Easy Pricing Tables | Gutenberg blocks, reusable tables, shortcodes, and compatibility with page builders that support shortcodes, including Elementor. The publisher describes WooCommerce integration as premium. WordPress.org listing | You need to place a table in more than one location, use a shortcode, or work with a supported page builder. |
| Tabelio Price Table | A Gutenberg block, optional Elementor widget, shortcode, and saved-table reuse. WordPress.org listing | Elementor support or a shared saved table may suit your workflow; check the listing for current compatibility details. |
These are publisher-described capabilities, not results from comparative testing. Before choosing a plugin, compare editor compatibility, design controls, mobile settings, reuse options, free-versus-premium limits, update activity, and support. A plugin is optional: the native block is sufficient for a basic table.
Build a basic table with WordPress’s Table block
- Open an existing page or create one where visitors should see the prices.
- In the block editor, add a Table block. Choose the number of columns and rows needed for your plans and comparison points.
- Enter the plan names and prices, then add corresponding details such as billing period and included features. Keep information parallel across columns so readers can compare like with like.
- Use the block settings to adjust column alignment and other available table options. Wide or full-width alignment is available only when supported by your theme. See WordPress’s Table block documentation.
- Preview the page using the active theme. Check the table’s width, text wrapping, and readability at desktop and phone widths.
A native table is the simpler choice when the information itself matters more than card-style design. If you need prominent plan cards, feature icons, or styled calls to action, compare dedicated blocks instead.

Add a pricing-table plugin block
A plugin may make plan-specific styling and calls to action easier to build, but its controls and free-tier limits differ. The steps below describe the general workflow; consult the chosen plugin’s listing for its current features and compatibility.
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New, find the plugin you want to evaluate, install it, and activate it.
- Open the target page in the block editor and add the plugin’s pricing-table block.
- Create one column or card for each plan. Enter a plan name, price, billing period where relevant, included features, and a clear button label with its destination link.
- Use the block or plugin settings to tune colors, typography, spacing, alignment, and any plan emphasis the available controls support. Check the listing to see whether a desired feature is free or premium.
- Preview the rendered page on desktop and at phone width. Check text wrapping, button links, and whether the table fits the theme’s content area.
Easy Pricing Tables also documents creating tables from its dashboard and inserting them with a shortcode. Its listing says the shortcode works with Elementor and other page builders that support shortcodes. The exact placement and available controls depend on the plugin and editor workflow; see the Easy Pricing Tables listing.

Make plan details easy to compare
- Use consistent billing terms. State whether a price is monthly, annual, or a one-time charge where relevant.
- Keep feature rows comparable. Use the same feature categories across plans so differences are visible without readers having to infer them.
- Write specific button labels. Choose wording that tells visitors what happens next, and link each button to the correct destination.
- Check the actual offer. Confirm every displayed price, billing period, and included feature against the offer you intend to sell; table blocks do not establish whether your pricing information is accurate.
Check the finished table before publishing
Preview the page with the active theme rather than relying only on the editor canvas. Plugin listings may describe responsive behavior, but that is not independent confirmation of how a table will render on your site.
- At desktop width, check that the table uses the intended content area and that plan columns line up.
- At phone width, check that text remains legible, features do not become difficult to follow, and buttons are usable.
- Open each call-to-action link and confirm it goes to the intended next step.
- Verify whether any design or integration feature you used requires a premium version.
The WordPress.org B Pricing Table listing records version 2.1.4, dated 27 August 2026. That is a release identifier, not evidence of performance or suitability. Plugin listings describe their publishers’ features; they do not establish security, accessibility, speed, conversion results, maintenance quality, compatibility with every theme, or the behavior of a particular site. Check each listing’s current version and compatibility information before installation.
