Yes—if you define 100% as earning every achievement on your platform’s list. On Xbox, that means 50 base-game achievements worth 1,000 Gamerscore, or 84 achievements worth 1,600 Gamerscore when all six official DLC packs are included. Those totals describe the Xbox list; other platforms have their own trophy or achievement lists.
What does 100% mean in Fallout 4?
There is no single universal 100% target. Players commonly mean either completing the base-game achievement list or earning every achievement available with the add-ons. That distinction matters: the Xbox base-game list and its DLC-inclusive list are separate milestones.

These achievement totals measure listed achievements, not every possible quest, settlement project, collectible, or other activity in the game. They also do not mean that every Creation Club item must be completed.

The achievement counts and Gamerscore figures are from TrueAchievements’ Fallout 4 achievement listing. Treat them as Xbox-specific figures, rather than assuming that a PlayStation trophy list or another platform’s list is identical.
What does DLC completion add?
The six official add-ons are Automatron, Wasteland Workshop, Far Harbor, Contraptions Workshop, Vault-Tec Workshop, and Nuka-World. The Xbox list assigns 34 achievements and 600 Gamerscore across those add-ons. The additional objectives include more than story progression: indexed examples include Far Harbor creature and workshop objectives, plus Nuka-World activities involving raider-gang quests and ticket redemption.

Bethesda’s Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition page says the bundle includes the base game, all six official add-ons, and more than 150 Creation Club add-ons. That Creation Club content is not the same thing as the 84 achievements on the cited Xbox list.
How long does it take to reach 100%?
TrueAchievements estimates 80–100 hours for the Xbox One base-game achievement list. That is a reference estimate for the base game only; it does not cover the full run with all six DLC packs, and it is not a guaranteed completion time. The available source does not establish a comparable DLC-inclusive estimate.

Which edition and platform should you check?
Before starting, confirm which platform’s list you intend to complete and whether your copy includes the add-ons you need. Bethesda’s current Anniversary Edition page lists Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4, and says Nintendo Switch 2 availability is coming in 2026. Store availability can change, so check the current platform listing before purchasing.
Bethesda’s October 23, 2025 Anniversary Edition announcement described the release as digital. That announcement does not establish the availability or contents of a current physical edition; verify a specific listing’s platform, format, and included add-ons rather than inferring them from the edition name.

How should you plan a completion run?
- Choose the target. Decide whether you want the base-game achievements or the full Xbox total that includes all six DLC packs.
- Check the platform list. Use the achievement or trophy list for the platform you are playing. Do not substitute Xbox Gamerscore totals for another platform’s list.
- Confirm add-on access. If you are pursuing the DLC-inclusive target, verify that the six official packs are available in your edition or separately owned.
- Keep manual saves around major choices and DLC activities. An XboxAchievements guide result flags missable or glitchy achievements, but the exact routes and fixes are not established here. A platform-specific checklist and separate saves can help you track progress and preserve options without relying on an unverified route.
- Track achievements, not every extra item. Use the relevant platform checklist as your definition of completion; the Anniversary Edition’s Creation Club bundle count is not an achievement requirement.
