To delete a bookmark in Safari, touch and hold it on iPhone or iPad and tap Delete. On Mac, Control-click the bookmark in the sidebar and choose Delete. The steps differ slightly by device.
Delete a bookmark on iPhone

Open Safari and open More, then Bookmarks. Depending on your tab layout, Apple also directs you to tap Show Bookmarks.

Touch and hold the bookmark you want to remove.

Tap Delete.

Delete a bookmark on iPad

Open Safari and show the sidebar.

Tap Bookmarks.

Touch and hold the bookmark, then tap Delete.

Delete a bookmark on Mac

Open Safari and select Bookmarks in the sidebar. If the sidebar is hidden, click the Sidebar button to show it.

If needed, click More and choose Show Folders on Top.

Control-click the bookmark or folder you want to remove and choose Delete.

You can also manage bookmarks through Bookmarks > Edit Bookmarks. Apple documents these options in its Safari for Mac bookmark instructions.

Will the bookmark disappear from your other Apple devices?
Safari bookmarks can stay up to date across Apple devices when you use the same Apple Account and Safari is turned on in iCloud settings. Apple’s iPhone and iPad guidance also says Safari must be enabled in iCloud on the receiving device and on the Mac for Mac bookmarks to appear there. Apple does not specify how quickly a particular deletion will show on every device, so check the other device’s Bookmarks list if it still appears.

Deleting a bookmark is not clearing history
A bookmark is a saved link; browsing history is a separate record of pages visited. Clearing history is not the way to remove a bookmark. Apple also notes that clearing history on iPhone does not clear histories held independently by websites or other apps. See Apple’s iPhone guidance on clearing history and website data.
