You can make Bootstrap buttons rounded by customizing Bootstrap’s own button border-radius setting, or by using MDB’s .btn-rounded helper if your project already includes MDB. The title’s “V04” resource could not be verified, so this guide explains documented approaches without claiming that a specific free download exists or supports a particular Bootstrap release.
How Bootstrap buttons work
Bootstrap’s button component uses the .btn base class together with a variant class to style controls used for actions in forms, dialogs, and other interface contexts. The Bootstrap v5.3 guide documents variants, large and small sizes, and custom sizing through CSS variables. It also describes customizing buttons with Sass. See the Bootstrap v5.3 button documentation.
Bootstrap’s own guide does not document .btn-rounded as a core utility. Rounded styling can instead be set through Bootstrap’s button customization system, or supplied by a library that defines its own helper class.

Customize Bootstrap’s button radius
Bootstrap’s v5.3 guide supports custom button styling through CSS variables and Sass. The project’s mutable main branch Sass source defines --bs-btn-border-radius through a button radius variable; because main can change, do not treat that source as proof of the exact contents of any released version. Check the Sass source for context at Bootstrap’s button Sass file, and confirm the variable names against the release used by your project.

Use MDB’s rounded helper
MDB documents .btn-rounded for Bootstrap 5 buttons and shows that it can be combined with outline variants. It is an MDB class, not a Bootstrap core class. Its behavior depends on the relevant MDB styles being loaded; the documentation does not establish that the helper works in a Bootstrap-only project. See MDB’s button examples.
Use the right HTML element
Choose semantics based on what the control does, not how its corners look. Bootstrap recommends using a <button> element where practical. If an anchor triggers an in-page action rather than navigating, Bootstrap says to add role="button". See the project’s CSS documentation.

Keep rounded buttons accessible
- Make the button’s purpose clear in visible text or another accessible equivalent; color alone does not communicate meaning to assistive-technology users.
- If you use Bootstrap’s
.btnbase class without a variant, define visible:focusor:focus-visiblestyling, as Bootstrap’s guidance specifies. - Do not let a rounded shape or color replace a clear label or the control’s correct HTML semantics.
Bootstrap’s documentation describes its button styles as intended for “actions in forms, dialogs, and more,” with support for multiple sizes and states; the statement is from the Bootstrap project documentation, which names no individual author.

What to verify before using a “V04” download
The available documentation does not establish the identity, download page, license, or Bootstrap target version of an asset called “V04.” Before using a file advertised under that name, verify its original source, license, release notes, and code. Do not assume it is free to use or compatible with your project based on the title alone.
