If you mean GENIE Reprise, the available achievement listing shows a straightforward route: start each of its 15 parts, then finish the game to earn all 16 listed achievements. No cheat codes are verified in the available sources. Crystal shards and pads are described as story-content exploration, not achievement requirements.
First, make sure this is the right Genie
This guide covers GENIE Reprise, a walking simulator identified by an independent walkthrough as developed by Tonguc Bodur and published by EastAsiaSoft. The Epic Games Store achievement page uses the shorter title GENIE. The available sources make these titles a plausible match, but do not conclusively establish that every game called “Genie” is the same one.
Epic’s listing names 16 achievements: one for beginning each of Parts I through XV, and one for finishing the game. It does not list cheat codes or extra hidden unlock conditions. See the Epic Games Store achievement listing.

How to unlock all 16 achievements
Each part achievement is triggered by starting that part; the final achievement requires completing the game. Follow the parts in order and make sure you reach the next part rather than stopping after collecting optional story content.

The achievement listing describes these triggers; it does not say that collecting every crystal shard or visiting every pad is necessary for any of the 16 achievements.
Crystals and pads: optional story content
The independent walkthrough describes a 15-chapter story and recommends collecting crystal shards, then visiting pads to hear story content. Treat this as exploration guidance for additional narrative material, not as a verified achievement checklist. Are there cheat codes or a story-skip option?
No cheat codes are verified by the Epic achievement listing or the consulted walkthrough, so there is no supported code to enter for unlocking achievements or bypassing requirements.

The walkthrough says to hold Square to skip story scenes. That instruction is guide-reported and should not be assumed to apply to every platform or game version; check the controls for your edition before relying on it. Skipping scenes is also distinct from a cheat that unlocks achievements.
