What the S25 Ultra scores mean
AnTuTu v10: 2,123,303
AnTuTu combines several device workloads into an overall score. The 2,123,303 figure is the result reported by Gadgets 360 for its tested phone and AnTuTu v10; it is not a Samsung-published rating or a score every handset should be expected to reproduce. AnTuTu results are meaningfully comparable only when the app version and testing conditions align.
Geekbench 6: roughly 3,000 single-core and 9,400–9,800 multi-core in cited results
Geekbench separates short, single-core CPU work from workloads using multiple CPU cores. Gadgets 360 reported 3,053 and 9,832, while Android Central measured 3,001 and 9,381. The public Geekbench 6.7.1 record for an SM-S938B running Android 16 shows 2,991 and 9,353. That public entry is one submitted run, not an average across phones.
Geekbench explicitly cautions that Geekbench 6 is a legacy version and can only be compared with other Geekbench 6 results; it recommends Geekbench 7 for modern hardware. See its Geekbench 6 version guidance. Do not treat numbers from different Geekbench generations as directly interchangeable.
#1 Best Overall
- Stunning 6.9″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X QHD+ display with adaptive 1–120 Hz refresh rate, ultra‑bright up to ~2600 nits, HDR support, “Vision Booster,” and adaptive color tone — giving vivid colours, great outdoor visibility, and super‑smooth scrolling.
- Powerful internals: it runs on the new Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy (3 nm) chip, with 12 GB (or in some markets up to 16 GB) RAM and up to 1 TB UFS 4.0 storage — offering significantly improved CPU/GPU/NPU performance, especially for AI tasks, gaming, and heavy multitasking.
- Advanced quad‑camera system: 200 MP wide main sensor, plus a 50 MP ultrawide, a 50 MP periscope telephoto (5× optical zoom), and a 10 MP telephoto (3× optical zoom) — giving flexibility from ultra‑wide through detailed telephoto shots, and strong performance in varied lighting.
- 5,000 mAh battery with 45 W fast wired charging, wireless charging (Qi2) and reverse wireless charging — balancing long battery life with flexible charging options.
- Durable, premium build: Titanium‑frame body, protected by Corning Gorilla Armor 2 glass, with IP68 dust/water resistance, ultrasonic in‑display fingerprint sensor, modern connectivity (5G, Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth, UWB, USB‑C), and long‑term software support (Android 15 / One UI 7, promised 7 major OS/security updates).
PCMark Work 3.0: 19,266 or 20,129 overall
Two review reports put the S25 Ultra’s PCMark Work 3.0 overall result at 19,266 and 20,129. Android Central also lists workload subscores: 20,601 for web browsing, 8,617 for video editing, 28,484 for writing, and 32,689 for photo editing. Those subtests describe particular simulated tasks, not a universal measure of phone speed.
Why published scores vary
Small differences between reviewers and individual submissions are normal. Benchmark versions, device software, device temperature, background activity, test procedure, and the particular handset can all affect a run. Samsung identifies the Galaxy S25 Ultra platform as Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, but that hardware specification does not make an independent benchmark score an official Samsung result.

The cited public Geekbench entry identifies model SM-S938B and Android 16. Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Series business specification sheet identifies the processor family; market and model details should be checked when comparing a result from another region or SKU. Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Ultra product page describes platform features, not independent benchmark measurements.

1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsHow to compare the S25 Ultra fairly
- Compare AnTuTu with the same AnTuTu version, rather than mixing v10 with another release.
- For Geekbench, match both generation and test type: single-core to single-core, multi-core to multi-core.
- For PCMark, compare Work 3.0 overall with Work 3.0 overall, and like-for-like subtests where available.
- Check the tested model and software version if the source provides them; treat a public result upload as an individual run, not a typical score.
- Use benchmark results as workload indicators, not as a complete prediction of everyday responsiveness, sustained gaming, battery life, or thermal behavior.
Does a high benchmark score mean the phone will feel faster?
Not necessarily. These tests quantify selected CPU and productivity workloads. A high score can indicate strong performance in those workloads, but daily responsiveness also depends on software, storage, thermals, and the apps being used. The cited figures do not establish comparative battery life or sustained performance under extended gaming.

Are these official Samsung scores?
No. Samsung’s materials establish the S25 Ultra’s processor platform and device specifications. The AnTuTu, Geekbench, and PCMark numbers here come from independent review testing and public Geekbench submissions; no official Samsung declaration of these benchmark scores is established by the cited sources.
