A full-motion TV mount is a good fit when you need to angle the screen toward different seats or extend it away from the wall. The available evidence supports a practical shortlist—not five equally documented, independently reviewed winners. ECHOGEAR’s EGLF3 has the clearest combination of manufacturer specifications and a separately attributed review; EGLF2 is a larger-TV and wider-stud alternative. Two SANUS models have narrower or incomplete documentation for this comparison.
How to choose a full-motion TV mount
Do not choose by screen diagonal alone. Check the television’s weight and VESA mounting-hole pattern in its manual, then compare both with the mount’s limits. Confirm the wall construction and stud spacing against the installation instructions for the exact model.
Next, map the mount’s movement to the room: extension affects how far the TV projects when pulled out, swivel determines how far it can turn, and tilt changes its vertical angle. If the screen needs to sit close to the wall, compare the retracted depth. Features such as lateral adjustment, post-install leveling, and cable routing may also matter for placement and setup.

Manufacturer specifications establish what the manufacturer says the mount supports; they are not independent performance or reliability tests. Do not infer safe installation from a screen-size match. Follow the model’s instructions and verify that the TV, wall, and mounting hardware are compatible.

ECHOGEAR EGLF3: the clearest general-purpose candidate
ECHOGEAR lists the EGLF3 for 43–82-inch TVs up to 110 lb, with VESA patterns from 200×100 to 600×400. Its stated movement includes 19 inches of extension, 140-degree swivel, and tilt of 15 degrees down or 5 degrees up. The manufacturer also lists a 5.4-inch lateral wall-centering shift, post-install leveling, cable clips and routing, and compatibility with 16–17-inch stud widths. These are manufacturer specifications; check the EGLF3 product page and model manual against your TV and wall.
In a broader TV-wall-mount guide updated April 1, 2026, TechRadar selected the EGLF3 as its best full-motion pick among the products in that guide. The reviewer reported solid-feeling brackets and flexibility as positives, while noting that tilt adjustment can be fiddly and the extended arm projects from the wall. Its specifications include 22 inches of extension, up to 130-degree swivel, tilt of 15 degrees down or 5 degrees up, and a 2.4-inch retracted profile. The manufacturer lists compatibility with 16- or 24-inch stud spacing and says hardware is included. Confirm the exact installation requirements in the EGLF2 product information and manual.
SANUS OLF18: verify the technical details first
SANUS describes the OLF18 as a full-motion mount for 37–80-inch TVs with extension, tilt, and swivel. The accessible product information does not provide enough detail to compare its maximum supported weight, VESA fit, movement range, or installation constraints with the ECHOGEAR models. The documented candidates do not justify calling this a tested top-five ranking. EGLF3 has a separately attributed review in TechRadar’s broader wall-mount guide; EGLF2 has manufacturer specifications but no equivalent independent review finding in the cited material. The SANUS OLF18 lacks key comparison details in the accessible product information, while the MF203 is limited to smaller TVs. The MF202 is discontinued.
