There is no universal winner between eVPS.net and RoseHosting. eVPS.net looks like the better fit if you want a low advertised euro price, a European KVM VPS and clearly stated bandwidth—and are prepared to manage the server yourself. RoseHosting is the stronger fit if you need a U.S. server and want managed Linux support, weekly offsite backups and unmetered transfer. Those are conclusions from the providers’ published offers, not from independent performance tests.

The plan and price details below are the providers’ listings accessed in September 2026. They can change, so confirm the live offer and terms before ordering.

How do eVPS.net and RoseHosting differ?

The central difference is the service model. eVPS.net sells KVM virtual servers with defined bandwidth and identifies Bulgaria as its main data-center location. RoseHosting’s U.S. plans are based in St. Louis, Missouri, and emphasize fully managed Linux support. The choice is less about a single headline specification and more about where your visitors are, how much administration you want to do, and what transfer and backup arrangements you need.

Entry plan shown €5/month: 1 CPU core, 3 GB RAM, 40 GB NVMe, 5 TB bandwidth; VAT excluded NVME 2: $43.99/month on monthly billing, or $39.59/month in the 12-month-upfront price display; two dedicated Xeon cores, 2 GB DDR5 ECC RAM, 50 GB PCIe 4 NVMe, unmetered transfer
Management KVM VPS presented as an autonomous virtual server; published material does not establish a comparable white-glove management scope Fully managed 24/7 support, including server and software support
Backups Two automatic backups weekly, plus up to two manual backups Weekly offsite backups advertised for managed Linux VPS plans
Transfer and network claims Plan-specific bandwidth; provider advertises a 1 Gbps VPS uplink and DDoS mitigation up to 100 Gbps Unmetered transfer on the U.S. plans shown
Uptime statement 99.95% network uptime SLA 100% uptime SLA, with a ten-times downtime credit claim

These are vendor-listed specifications, not independent measurements. In particular, the uptime claims may cover different events and exclusions, so their headline percentages do not establish which service is more reliable.

  • Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.

  • Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
  • 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.

Which provider is cheaper?

eVPS.net has the lower advertised entry price: €5 per month, excluding VAT, for 1 core, 3 GB RAM, 40 GB NVMe and 5 TB bandwidth. Its package page also advertises a 20% discount for annual payment. RoseHosting’s U.S. NVME 2 listing is $43.99 per month with monthly billing or $39.59 per month in its 12-month-upfront display.

Those figures are not a like-for-like price comparison. They use different currencies, billing commitments, resource configurations and management inclusions. eVPS.net’s entry plan specifies 5 TB of bandwidth, while RoseHosting lists unmetered transfer; RoseHosting also advertises managed server and software support. Compare the plan that matches your workload, include applicable taxes, and check the exact amount due at checkout rather than treating the lowest monthly figure as the full cost.

How the displayed plans scale

At eVPS.net, the €10/month tier lists 3 cores, 6 GB RAM, 75 GB NVMe and 10 TB bandwidth; the €19/month tier lists 4 cores, 8 GB RAM, 100 GB NVMe and 20 TB bandwidth. The largest displayed plan is €99/month for 16 cores, 80 GB RAM, 400 GB NVMe and 70 TB bandwidth. Prices exclude VAT, and availability or discounts can change.

RoseHosting’s U.S. NVME 4 listing is $64.99 per month or $58.49 in the 12-month-upfront display. It lists three dedicated cores, 4 GB RAM and 80 GB NVMe. Its displayed plans extend to 64 GB RAM, 12 dedicated Xeon cores, 400 GB NVMe and unmetered transfer. The providers’ resource labels and CPU descriptions are not necessarily equivalent, so match the actual requirements of your software instead of comparing core counts in isolation. Recheck current prices and terms with RoseHosting’s U.S. hosting page and eVPS.net’s package page before purchase.

Which host is better for your location?

Choose based on where users and data need to be, not on a claim that one location is universally faster. eVPS.net identifies Bulgaria as its main data center, within the EU; RoseHosting’s U.S. plans identify St. Louis, Missouri. A server nearer to your audience may help reduce network distance, but the supplied provider specifications do not establish comparative latency or real-world speed.

eVPS.net also describes redundant fiber connections, a 1 Gbps VPS uplink and DDoS protection up to 100 Gbps. These are provider statements, not independent audits or a guarantee of application performance. If network protection or data location is a requirement, verify the applicable service terms and whether the stated location and protections match the particular plan you will order.

How much server management do you need?

eVPS.net: suited to hands-on administration

eVPS.net describes its product as KVM virtualization, with dedicated virtualized resources and a dedicated kernel, and says its platform uses Proxmox. Its VPS is presented as an autonomous virtual server. The published information does not establish a management scope equivalent to RoseHosting’s full managed support, so plan to handle operating-system maintenance, configuration and software administration unless the provider confirms otherwise in writing.

RoseHosting: managed Linux support

RoseHosting advertises fully managed 24/7 support and server/software support for its managed Linux VPS plans. That can suit a site owner who would rather have the provider assist with server administration. “Fully managed” is not a substitute for checking boundaries: ask which tasks are included, how support requests are handled, and whether application-specific troubleshooting is covered.

What should you know about backups and recovery?

eVPS.net says its system creates two automatic backups each week and allows up to two manual backups. The provider also recommends keeping a separate backup elsewhere. RoseHosting advertises a full weekly offsite backup for managed Linux VPS plans.

A backup schedule alone does not tell you how quickly you can recover or how much history you can restore. Before relying on either provider’s backups, confirm retention, restore access, recovery procedure, and—especially for eVPS.net—where backup copies are stored. Keep an independent copy of important data so a provider-side incident or an accidental deletion does not leave you without a recovery option.

Can you compare the uptime promises?

eVPS.net advertises a 99.95% network uptime SLA. RoseHosting’s U.S. page advertises a 100% uptime SLA and ten-times downtime credits. The claims are not directly comparable from their headline figures alone: the covered service components, exclusions, measurement rules and claim procedures may differ.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Read the applicable SLA before treating an uptime promise as protection. Check which outages qualify, how downtime is calculated, what remedy is available, and what steps and deadlines apply to a claim. The providers’ marketing figures are not evidence of measured uptime or a controlled reliability comparison.

What should you check before paying?

  • Audience and data location: Decide whether a Bulgaria-based EU location or St. Louis, Missouri better fits your visitors and data requirements.
  • Transfer needs: Estimate your traffic and confirm the plan’s bandwidth or transfer terms, including any limits or conditions.
  • Administration: Be realistic about whether you can maintain Linux and server software, or need managed assistance; get the included task scope in writing.
  • Backups: Verify retention and restoration details, and maintain an independent copy of critical data.
  • Full price: Match resources and billing duration, account for VAT or other applicable taxes, and check the renewal amount and payment commitment.
  • Legal terms: Review the current SLA, refund policy, exclusions and claim process before committing.

eVPS.net’s terms state that a VPS buyer may request a refund within three days, subject to restrictions. The stated rules include a lifetime limit of one service per account and other exclusions; read the current eVPS.net terms of service for the complete policy. The RoseHosting pages reviewed here promote fixed renewal pricing but do not provide enough detail to summarize its refund terms. Check its current legal terms directly before purchase.

Which one should you choose?

Choose eVPS.net if the advertised euro entry price, European location, specified bandwidth and self-managed KVM model fit your priorities. Choose RoseHosting if you need a U.S. location and place greater value on managed Linux administration, weekly offsite backups and unmetered transfer. Neither choice is supported as a universal winner: no independent head-to-head benchmark establishes which provider is faster or more reliable in practice.
