If an EE Business account will not link, first check that you are using the right linking process: Add an Account in EE Business is different from linking a mobile or broadband product to an EE login. Then check the account details, verification message and your account permissions. A failed attempt alone does not show that the account is broken.
First identify what you are trying to link
EE uses different routes for bringing another account into EE Business and adding a product to an EE login. Choose the route that matches your goal before retrying.

EE Business’s “Add an Account” instructions and EE’s product-linking flow are not interchangeable. For registration or adding a number through EE Business account settings, EE may also require email verification or a PIN by text; those checks are distinct from the product-linking steps. Work through the checks in order
- Confirm the task and sign-in. Use EE Business for My Account > Add an Account; use the EE login product-linking flow for a mobile or broadband product. EE Business usernames are the email address used to register. If you are unsure which email you registered with, search your inbox for EE messages. EE Business account instructions
- Recheck the identifier. Make sure the mobile number or broadband account number belongs to the product you are linking, and that you are signed in to the EE login you want to use. EE advises checking both the number or account details and the login. EE product-linking instructions
- Complete the verification you were sent. Look for the relevant email verification link, security check, PIN or SMS confirmation. EE Business registration links expire after 24 hours. If you are adding a new number in EE Business account settings, EE sends a PIN by text; for product linking, the text confirms ownership of a mobile number. - Check your role if details or controls are missing. EE Business Users have less access than the Bill Payer: Users cannot view or download bills or manage user controls. EE says an account has one Bill Payer role. If the task requires those permissions, ask the account’s Bill Payer to handle it or clarify your access. EE Business Bill Payer and User permissions
- Resolve sign-in and security prompts. Check that you are using the registered email, enter the password with the intended letter case, and use EE’s password-reset route if needed. Too many incorrect attempts can temporarily lock an account. EE may ask for a passcode when you sign in from a different device, from another country, or after an unusual attempt; check the registered email or mobile, including the spam folder. - Try the EE app if website product linking fails. EE recommends trying the product-linking process in the app. If the product still does not appear, contact EE support rather than repeatedly submitting the same details. EE product-linking instructions
When to contact EE Business support
If you cannot register, have forgotten your username or remain locked out, EE Business lists 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from another phone. Its registration help also points to live chat and WhatsApp. Contact options can change, so check EE’s current EE Business account help or registration help before calling. For an EE mobile or broadband product that remains absent after trying the app, use EE’s product-linking support guidance.

When you contact support, explain which flow you used—EE Business Add an Account or EE login Link a product—and whether the issue is the identifier, verification, sign-in or permissions. That distinction helps direct the problem to the relevant account or product.
