Yes. Corsair lists the Hydro Series H60 as compatible with AMD AM4. The H60 uses its existing AMD mounting bracket; Corsair says you do not need the separate CW-8960046 AM4 retention bracket kit when that bracket is present.
Which H60 versions are listed as AM4 compatible?
Corsair’s H60 (2018) product page lists AMD AM4 among the supported sockets. Corsair’s socket compatibility table, updated January 17, 2024, also lists H60 for AMD AM2, AM3 and AM4. Its AM4 installation guide specifically names the H60 (2018) as compatible without the separate AM4 kit.
If your cooler is an older H60 or the model details are unclear, verify its exact revision and use the instructions for that version rather than assuming every H60 package has identical hardware.

No—not for an H60 that has its existing AMD mounting bracket. Corsair’s CW-8960046 kit page identifies the H60 as a cooler that works with the existing AMD bracket out of the box. The H60 (2018) is likewise named in Corsair’s installation guidance as not requiring the kit.

That answer assumes the required bracket and fastening pieces are actually included. A model’s AM4 compatibility does not guarantee that a used or incomplete unit still has its mounting hardware. If parts are missing, identify the precise H60 revision and the correct replacement hardware before ordering a bracket kit.
How does the H60 attach to an AM4 motherboard?
For the H60 (2018), Corsair’s guide says to align the bracket with the stock AMD mounting clips, then slip the screw-clip loops over the retention hooks. Follow the guide for your cooler’s exact revision and make sure the clips engage as instructed; do not force parts that do not line up.

What AM4 compatibility does—and does not—tell you
AM4 compatibility establishes that the cooler’s mounting system supports that socket. It does not establish cooling performance with a particular processor, clearance in a particular case, suitable radiator placement, the condition of a second-hand cooler, or whether a specific seller has included every mounting part. Check those separately for your build and the individual unit.
