If you bought DJI Care Refresh from a dealer, look for the activation code provided with the purchase or on the physical DJI Care card. Use DJI’s official activation page to bind it. If you bought the plan from DJI’s online store, you may not have a separate code: a plan purchased with a new product is bound automatically, while a separately purchased plan is bound using the product serial number.
First, identify where you bought DJI Care Refresh

DJI lists its official flagship and authorized stores among the purchase channels. Its instructions do not establish that every purchase is delivered by email, so check the materials supplied with your order rather than expecting a code in a particular inbox.
How to use a dealer activation code or card
- Open DJI’s official Care activation page.
- Choose the activation option that matches your purchase, then enter the requested code and product details.
- If you have a physical card, remove its protective coating as directed and enter the code shown.
- Submit the information and keep the purchase details until you have confirmed the plan is bound to the correct product.
Enter the code only on DJI’s official activation page. Do not post it publicly or send it to an unofficial site.
Check eligibility before troubleshooting a code
DJI’s current support guidance lists these first-purchase conditions: a new, unactivated product; an aircraft activated within the last 48 hours; or a handheld product activated within the last 30 days. If your product is outside the applicable window, DJI describes video verification or contacting support as possible next steps; that does not guarantee acceptance.

- Check the rules for your exact product and plan, since supported products and plan details vary.
- Confirm service is available in your country or region. DJI says the product and Care Refresh plan should be purchased in the same country or region.
- Use the current local DJI Store or support information for regional eligibility rather than relying on a static country list.
Confirm that DJI Care Refresh is bound
Use DJI Device Info Inquiry and enter the product serial number, or sign in to your DJI account and select the bound device. DJI says the available information can include activation time, warranty, service-plan status and related service details. Its Care Refresh guide also covers validity, remaining replacement service and repair history.
A newly bound plan may take one natural day to appear. If you have just activated it, wait that long before treating a missing status as a failed binding, then check again using the serial number.

If you cannot find or use the code
- You bought the plan with a new product from DJI Online Store: check the product’s bound status instead of looking for a code; DJI says binding is automatic.
- You bought it separately from DJI Online Store: follow the serial-number binding route.
- You bought a dealer card or code: check the supplied purchase materials and use DJI’s activation page. If the code is missing or rejected, contact the dealer or DJI support with your product and order details.
- Your product is beyond the listed activation window: check DJI’s current instructions about verification or support before assuming the plan can be activated.
- The plan does not appear immediately after binding: allow one natural day, then check Device Info Inquiry or your DJI account again.
