Short answer: Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut looks most compelling if you want a compact, integrated way to print, laminate and kiss-cut custom-shaped stickers. It is less appealing if you want to use ordinary paper and ink, since Cricut specifies dedicated Print + Cut supplies. This is a sourced buying assessment, not a hands-on review: the available evidence does not establish its real-world print quality, cut accuracy, speed or reliability.
What Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut does
Cricut describes StickerPix Print + Cut as a machine that prints a design, applies laminate and cuts around its outline in one workflow. The cut is a kiss-cut: it cuts through the sticker material but leaves the backing intact, so the sticker remains on its liner. It is not a full cut through the backing.
Cricut lists stickers, labels, photo prints, photo cards and invitations among the possible outputs. The product page specifies 300 DPI and dye-sublimation printing, and describes the results as water-, scratch- and fade-resistant. A good fit if custom outlines are the point
The main distinction is the custom-shaped kiss-cut workflow. If you make stickers from original illustrations, logos or photos and want the machine to print and cut around the artwork, Print + Cut is the relevant StickerPix model. Cricut says users can upload a phone photo in Design Space, add a sticker outline and send it through the workflow; that describes the software path, rather than proving that setup is especially easy.

Look elsewhere if preset shapes or ordinary supplies suit you
StickerPix Print has no cutter and prints onto pre-cut sticker shapes. Its media differ in size from Print + Cut materials and are not cross-compatible. If preset circles, squares, rectangles or full-sheet formats meet your needs, the less expensive Print model may be the more appropriate choice. If using non-Cricut paper and ink is important, neither the dedicated-supply workflow nor its ongoing costs should be treated as incidental.

The price and refill figures are dated US comparisons, not guaranteed current prices. The per-sheet calculations also do not show cost per sticker: sheet layouts, sticker sizes and usable yields differ. Supplies and ownership costs
Cricut’s Help Center says Print + Cut is designed for its own StickerPix Print + Cut materials and ink cartridges. The compatible formats listed are glossy white sticker sheets measuring 4 × 7 inches and glossy 4 × 6-inch photo paper. Sticker sheets have adhesive backing and a liner; photo paper has perforated tear-off strips. Cricut lists the Print + Cut media dimensions as 3.94 × 7.68 inches for sticker paper and 3.94 × 7.09 inches for photo paper. These are not the same as StickerPix Print media, listed at 3.94 × 6.93 inches.

Cricut rates one cartridge for 36 prints; this is a manufacturer yield figure, not an independently verified result. The Help Center lists refill formats of 72 sticker sheets plus two ink refills, 72 photo sheets plus two refills, or a mixed set of 36 sticker sheets and 36 photo sheets plus two refills. Cricut warns that third-party consumables may cause clogging, print defects or machine damage and says it cannot guarantee machine health or performance when they are used. That is Cricut’s compatibility guidance, not evidence of how often such problems occur.
Setup and compatibility requirements
Cricut lists Wi-Fi and the free Design Space app as requirements. The supported platforms named on the product page are Windows PCs, Macs, iOS devices and Android devices. Cricut Access is optional. The product specifications also list Bluetooth, but consult Cricut’s current setup instructions for the connection method that applies to your device rather than assuming every setup uses Bluetooth in the same way. How it compares with the Liene PixCut S1
The Liene PixCut S1 is a relevant category alternative, but the available information does not establish that it shares hardware, software, or consumable compatibility with Cricut’s machine. TechRadar lists the Liene as a thermal dye-sublimation printer with four-layer printing, 300 × 300 dpi, 4 × 7-inch sticker media, 4 × 6-inch photo media, kiss-cutting, Bluetooth 5.0 and an iOS/Android app without desktop support. The product’s proposition is clear on paper: an integrated printer, laminator and kiss-cutter for custom shapes, paired with a dedicated Cricut app and supplies. The evidence available here does not settle whether its prints look good in practice, whether cuts align consistently, how quickly it works, or how dependable it is over time. Those are central questions for a sticker printer, so buyers should not treat the manufacturer’s resolution and durability claims as independent proof of performance.

That makes the buying decision conditional. Consider it if custom outlines and a consolidated workflow matter enough to justify proprietary media and ink. Compare it with StickerPix Print if preset shapes are sufficient, and include refill availability and the number and size of stickers you expect to use when assessing cost. The October 2026 bundle price is a dated reference, not a current-price guarantee or proof that the machine is worth its cost.
