To put music on an Aiworth MP3 player, connect it to a computer with a USB cable that supports data transfer, copy compatible audio files to the player, safely disconnect it, then find and play the songs from its music menu. The exact cable, formats, storage, and navigation vary by model; the steps below distinguish the E36 and MB08.
Transfer music to an Aiworth E36
- Connect the E36 to a computer with a data-capable micro-USB cable. Aiworth recommends the original cable for data transfer and warns that some micro-USB cables only charge the device. See the Aiworth E36 User Manual.
- On the computer, open the connected player when it appears, then copy your audio files to it. The E36 manual advises placing songs on the player without putting them inside a newly created folder.
- Wait for copying to finish, then eject or safely remove the player from the computer before unplugging it.
- Turn on the E36. Press the menu control to switch to the music folder, use the previous or next controls to choose a track, and press play.
E36 formats and capacity
The E36 manual lists MP3, WAV, FLAC, APE, OGG, and WMA as supported music formats. It lists storage variants of 8GB, 16GB, or 32GB, depending on the device. These specifications apply to the E36, not every Aiworth player.
Transfer and find music on an Aiworth MB08
The MB08 manual also describes transferring files from a computer. After transfer, enter Music mode from the main interface. Its music categories include All Songs, Artist, Album, Genres, and Play lists, which you can use to locate tracks. See the Aiworth MB08 MP3 Player User Manual.

MB08 formats and storage
The MB08 manual lists MP3, WMA, FLAC, APE, and OGG formats, 32GB storage, and a TF slot. Do not assume that the E36’s connection, folder advice, or menu controls apply to the MB08.

Can you download music directly to the player?
The E36 and MB08 manuals describe computer-to-player file transfer, not downloading songs directly from a phone or streaming app. To use this method, you need audio files available on a computer and a cable that supports data. The manuals do not establish compatibility with particular download services or copy-protected files, so a file’s source alone does not guarantee it will transfer or play.
If the computer does not recognize the player
For E36 connection problems, Aiworth’s troubleshooting guidance points to the cable, computer port, button presses during connection, and password protection as possible factors. Try these checks:

- Confirm that the cable supports data transfer; a charging-only cable will not transfer music. For the E36, the manual recommends the original micro-USB cable.
- Try another USB port or socket on the computer.
- Connect the player without pressing its buttons. Aiworth warns that pressing buttons while connecting can put the E36 into a charging-only mode.
- If the player is password-protected, check whether that is preventing the computer connection.
- Let any file transfer finish before disconnecting. Interrupting a transfer can leave files lost or damaged.

“Aiworth MP3 player” refers to more than one model, and the E36 and MB08 documentation shows differences in formats and navigation. Check the model label on your player and use its manual for connector, folder, and menu instructions. The model-specific details above are not a universal Aiworth specification.
