Enter 1213 at the cash register in Urban Fresh Mart. The nearby soda dispenser flashes 3121; the counter note says the drink order is reversed, so enter those digits backward. The register opens a concealed passage behind the counter that leads downstairs to the Secret Hideout.
Where to find Urban Fresh Mart
Look in the West Incursion Zone, between the Museum of Curiosities and the House of Mirrors. A walkthrough places the shop north of the Museum and south of the House of Mirrors. Those landmarks are the available navigation cues; the walkthroughs do not provide a coordinate or stable numbered map grid. Remedy describes the West Incursion Zone as a Manhattan area with side activities, hidden encounters, and optional discoveries in its official gameplay announcement.
How to solve the cash register puzzle
- Read the two notes. In the shop, inspect the back-corner note titled “Soda Dispenser Debate” and the note on the counter. The first directs attention to the dispenser lights; the second says the drink order is reversed.
- Watch the Thirst Station dispenser. Interact with the soda dispenser near the window and count the active lights in sequence. Walkthroughs report the sequence as 3, 1, 2, 1: 3121.
- Reverse the digits. The counter note’s instruction changes 3121 to 1213.
- Enter the code at the register. Use the cash register on the counter and enter 1213. When the concealed passage opens behind the counter, go through it and downstairs.
What is inside the Secret Hideout?
Walkthroughs report a Health Upgrade Point in the hideout; one describes it as being in a crate in the basement. It is an in-game pickup.

- Check that you entered 1213, not the dispenser’s unreversed sequence, 3121.
- One walkthrough advises clearing enemies guarding the shop first. Treat that as secondary gameplay guidance; the other guides agree on the code and clue solution, but this condition is not established by an official puzzle guide.

Remedy’s official CONTROL Resonant game page lists September 24, 2026 as the release date and names PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, Mac, and GeForce NOW as platforms.
