To reach the Theater in Control Resonant’s West Incursion Zone, unlock Shift, cross the rooftops and scaffolding, descend beside the theater marquee, and travel through the subway. After exiting near JULY’S BOOKS & COMICS, use Shift to climb the red-patterned wall, cross the elevated walkway, and enter through the double doors.
Before you start: unlock Shift
Shift is required for the gravity-altered traversal on this route. The walkthroughs tie the ability to the Incursion Fault and explain that it lets Dylan align with Gravity Anomalies and run along walls and vertical streets. Without Shift, the direct approach is cut off by a chasm.
Cross the rooftops to the theater marquee
- At the street end, locate the wall marked “PATTERNED AREA.” Use Shift to climb it.
- Continue across the rooftops and graffiti-marked scaffolding. The “CHASM AHEAD” warning is a useful confirmation that you are following the route.
- Descend to street level beside the illuminated theater marquee.
Go through the subway and return to the surface
At the marquee, enter the subway stairwell rather than trying to enter the Theater there. Follow the station corridors and take the stairs back up to street level. The subway entrance is also described as being directly ahead of the Empire Cinema, another landmark to help orient you.
Climb the red-patterned wall and cross the bridge
After leaving the subway, look for JULY’S BOOKS & COMICS. Find the large red-patterned wall nearby and use Shift to climb it. Continue along the elevated bridge walkway toward the entrance stairs.

What happens after you arrive
Reaching Theater Hall advances the West Incursion Zone Resonant quest toward the Dancer encounter. A walkthrough reports that defeating the Dancer offers a choice between Push and Ground Slam: Push is presented as a displacement and crowd-control ability, while Ground Slam is described as a height-enhanced slam.
