Colorlib Reg Form V35 is a free, front-end HTML form template for concert and event account registration. Colorlib describes it as a way to begin building an attendee list; it is not evidence of a complete ticketing, payment, or registration system. To collect submissions, connect the form to a server endpoint or form service and handle and validate the data there.
What Colorlib Reg Form V35 includes
Colorlib’s current template collection describes V35 as an account form for event and show-ticket sites. Its layout has four rounded fields—name, email, password, and password confirmation—over a background image. The intended flow is for a visitor to create an account and then continue toward buying tickets. That description does not establish that V35 itself sells tickets or processes payments.
The official V35 page calls it a free concert registration form and says it can help event hosts start an attendee list. Colorlib also says the template can be modified for other purposes. The page offers download and preview links, but those links alone do not establish how the code behaves or what integrations it includes.

What it does not establish
V35 should be treated as a front-end starting point, not a complete registration service. The available descriptions do not confirm that its code includes a backend, submission storage, email confirmation, server-side validation, spam defenses, or payment processing. A visual form can collect information in the browser, but a working registration flow also needs a destination and logic for handling what a visitor submits.

How to make a registration form work
Colorlib’s general implementation guidance for its form collection recommends setting the form’s action attribute to an endpoint and handling the POST request on the server. It also says to validate submissions on the server even when front-end validation is present. These are collection-level recommendations, not features verified in V35’s code.
- Choose a submission destination. Use a server endpoint or a form service that can receive and process registration data.
- Connect the form. Set its
actionto the chosen endpoint and ensure the form submits using POST. - Validate on the server. Check required fields and reject invalid or unsafe input before storing or using it. Do not rely only on browser-side checks.
- Add abuse controls. Colorlib suggests CAPTCHA or a honeypot, alongside server-side rate limiting, as general spam defenses.
- Build any next steps separately. If visitors should buy tickets after creating an account, add and test the account-to-purchase flow and payment handling; the template description does not say these are included.
License and date details
Colorlib’s V35 page lists the license as CC BY 3.0. Check the page’s current license terms and follow the required attribution before publishing or adapting the template. The same page displays an April 2, 2021 date and a separate “Released: 2025” field without explaining the discrepancy, so neither should be presented as a definitive release year. The official page provides Download and Preview links. Colorlib’s current collection also lists V35 among free HTML form templates and describes its event-account layout. The collection makes broader statements about downloadable templates, live demos, and Bootstrap projects; those general statements do not independently confirm V35’s compatibility or behavior.
