Colorlib Booking Form V14 is a free, dark front-end form aimed at taxi firms and car-rental services. It collects trip and pickup details, but it does not check availability, take payment, store a reservation, or send a confirmation by itself. To accept real bookings, connect it to a back end, booking system, or form service.
What the V14 template includes
Colorlib presents V14 as a dark booking form for transport businesses. Its September 2026 roundup describes seven fields covering personal details, passenger count, pickup date, and pickup time. The exact field labels and arrangement are visible in the template; the roundup does not enumerate all seven fields individually.
The template is built with plain HTML and CSS plus a small amount of vanilla JavaScript. Its date and time fields use browser-native controls, so their appearance and picker behavior can differ by browser and device. Colorlib says the snippets can run on their own or inside Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6 projects; they do not require jQuery, Bootstrap files, or a date-picker plugin. What it cannot do on its own
V14 is the interface for collecting information, not a booking engine. A standalone download does not establish whether a vehicle is available, prevent two customers from reserving the same vehicle, charge a customer, save the booking, or send a confirmation email.

Colorlib says those functions must come from a back end, booking system, or form service. The form must submit to a service that stores reservations, and availability should be checked server-side so simultaneous requests cannot create a conflict. If you use a booking plugin or other service, verify that it supports the availability rules, payment flow, and confirmations your operation needs.
Is V14 the right form for your booking workflow?
Choose based on what customers are booking and what information the service needs—not just whether the dark theme fits your site. Colorlib positions V14 and V13 for taxi and car-rental use, V1 for hotel or general rental use, and its appointment forms for businesses that schedule time slots. Colorlib’s roundup describes these options.
- Choose V14 when a pickup-oriented flow, its passenger and trip details, and its dark design suit your transport service.
- Consider V13 if you are comparing Colorlib’s other taxi or car-rental form; check its fields and scheduling behavior against your workflow.
- Consider V1 for hotel or general rental bookings, where the reservation details may differ from a pickup-based trip.
- Use an appointment form when customers need to choose an actual appointment slot rather than provide pickup date and time.
Whichever template you select, confirm that the connected system can represent your inventory, service area, booking rules, and any required payment or confirmation process.

Colorlib’s V14 product page lists Rok Krivec as author, March 31, 2021 as the article date, and CC BY 3.0 as the license; the same page also includes a September 2026 release/update note. These are separate page details, not a single release date. Colorlib’s September 2026 roundup says personal and commercial use is permitted under CC BY 3.0 when the credit link is retained.
Before deploying the files, read the license and README included in the downloaded archive and follow the terms supplied with that copy. Keep the required credit link if the applicable terms require it.
