Colorlib Booking Form V13 is a free front-end form template for taxi and car-rental websites. It gives customers a way to enter trip details, but it does not check availability, take payment, or send booking confirmations by itself. Those parts require a backend, booking system, or form service connected to the form.
What Booking Form V13 includes
V13 is designed for taxi and car-rental businesses that want customers to submit booking details online. Colorlib describes its booking templates as front-end snippets built with HTML and CSS, plus a small amount of vanilla JavaScript. It says they can be used on their own or within Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6 projects, without requiring jQuery, Bootstrap files, or a date-picker plugin. The form’s date and pickup-time inputs use the browser’s native pickers. How those controls look and behave can vary by browser and device; they are not a custom scheduling system.
Does it actually book a taxi?
No—not on its own. The template provides the form interface, not the operational booking service. To accept real bookings, the form must send submissions to a backend, booking system, or form service that stores and processes them.

What you still need to build or connect
- Availability: Check whether a vehicle or driver is available for the requested time. Validate availability on the server as well as in the interface; two customers may submit the same slot at nearly the same time.
- Payment: Connect a payment workflow if customers must pay when booking.
- Confirmation: Create a process to confirm accepted bookings and send customers the relevant details.
Until those pieces are connected and tested, the form only collects information; it should not be presented as a live booking service.
What to consider before using it
Match the fields to your service
A taxi or rental request commonly needs a pickup date and time. If your service sells appointments in fixed hourly slots, make sure customers can choose an actual slot and that your system enforces it. Colorlib points to its Appointment Form V01–V09 collection for hourly appointment use cases and identifies V14 as another taxi and rental form option.

Handle time zones and pricing in your booking workflow
Confirm how the connected system interprets submitted times, especially if customers and operators may be in different time zones. If the customer needs a fare estimate, that calculation and display also need to be supplied by your booking workflow; the form template alone does not establish a price or confirm a trip.
