The vivo T4 Ultra is the stronger pick on listed processing, display resolution, memory and storage specifications; the vivo V60 prioritizes a larger battery, higher-resolution selfie camera and higher water-and-dust resistance ratings. Both list 90 W charging and include a telephoto camera, so the better choice depends on which features matter most—and on the current price of the exact storage variant you want.

Which phone is better for performance, display and storage?

Choose T4 Ultra for its higher-tier listed processor and sharper display

The T4 Ultra lists a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+, while the V60 lists a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. That makes the T4 Ultra the more ambitious choice on paper for processing demands. It is not proof of a specific gaming, speed or sustained-performance advantage: these specifications are not a controlled head-to-head test.

The T4 Ultra also has more display pixels: 2800 × 1260 on its 6.67-inch screen, compared with 2392 × 1080 on the V60’s larger 6.77-inch AMOLED display. Both offer 120 Hz, while the V60 also lists 60 Hz. The T4 Ultra suits a buyer who values resolution; the V60 gives a little more diagonal screen area. Peak-brightness figures should not be treated as directly comparable without matching measurement conditions.

Consider T4 Ultra if you need the faster listed memory and a 512 GB option

vivo lists LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage for the T4 Ultra, with a 12 GB + 512 GB configuration. The V60 specifications list LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage, and available configurations depend on the listing and market. If storage capacity is decisive, check the exact V60 variant sold in your location before comparing it with the T4 Ultra’s confirmed 512 GB option.

Which has the better cameras?

Both phones have a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultrawide and a 50 MP telephoto camera in their official specifications. The T4 Ultra specifies a 3× periscope telephoto; vivo describes the V60’s as a ZEISS super telephoto. The V60 lists a 50 MP ZEISS front camera, compared with 32 MP on the T4 Ultra, which may appeal to buyers who often take group selfies.

Those specifications do not establish which phone takes better photos. Megapixel counts, ZEISS branding and camera type alone cannot settle image quality across portrait, low-light, video or zoom use. A reliable winner would require independent testing under matched conditions. For the feature details, see vivo’s T4 Ultra launch announcement and V60 specifications.

Which phone has better battery life and durability?

V60 has the larger stated battery

vivo lists a typical 6,500 mAh battery for the V60 and 5,500 mAh for the T4 Ultra—a 1,000 mAh capacity difference. Both list 90 W charging. Capacity is not a battery-life test: actual runtime depends on workload and other conditions, and the listed figures do not establish which lasts longer in a matched daily-use comparison.

V60 has higher water-and-dust resistance classifications

The V60 is rated IP68 and IP69 in vivo’s materials, while the T4 Ultra is IP64. The V60’s rating is based on laboratory test conditions; vivo cautions that resistance may decline with normal use. Neither rating guarantees protection from liquid damage, so do not treat either phone as damage-proof.

What is the price difference in India?

vivo India announced the T4 Ultra’s launch prices as ₹37,999 for 8 GB + 256 GB, ₹39,999 for 12 GB + 256 GB, and ₹41,999 for 12 GB + 512 GB. Sales began June 18, 2025. These are historical launch prices, not current quotes. The announcement also included launch-period bank-discount or exchange offers, which should not be assumed to remain available. See vivo India’s June 18, 2025 sale announcement.

A same-date V60 price and current equivalent-variant price gap are not established here, so there is no reliable basis for naming a present-day winner on price. For a fair comparison, check current India listings for the same storage tier and separate the listed price from coupon or bank discounts, exchange value and the final effective price.

Which one should you buy?

  • Pick the T4 Ultra if you prioritize the Dimensity 9300+, its higher-resolution display, LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 specifications, a listed 12 GB + 512 GB option, or its 3× periscope camera.
  • Pick the V60 if you prioritize the larger stated battery, 50 MP ZEISS group selfie camera, IP68/IP69 ratings, or ZEISS camera branding and portrait features.
  • Compare live prices by matching storage capacity. The T4 Ultra’s launch prices do not establish today’s price difference against the V60.

If camera quality or real-world battery life is your deciding factor, seek an independent comparison that tests both phones in the same conditions rather than treating the specification sheet as a verdict.
